Burning and pain in shoulders

I can physically lift heavier doing chest, arms and shoulders but no matter which iupper body part I am training my shoulders give in way before I do. The pain from aching and burning is just too much. What could be causing this?

Shoulder work and training them when injured can be like driving on a flat tire. Here’s what really helped me and I’m stronger in my shoulders than ever (not saying much).

I got off cycle lol, ran tb and bpc.

Static hangs on bar every workout during warm up. To create space in the joint.

Probably more helpful I bought a Kabuki shoulder Rok. Literally a game changer. I just do it in my yard everyday.

Hey, it sounds like you're experiencing some discomfort in your shoulders during weightlifting. This could be due to a number of factors, like muscle imbalances, poor posture, overuse injuries, rotator cuff issues, or previous injuries. It's important to see a doctor or physical therapist to figure out what's going on and get the right treatment. In the meantime, you might want to consider modifying your workout routine or taking a break from upper body weightlifting to give your shoulders a chance to recover

Be on the lookout for impingement too. It's a different problem but can suck quite bad, and increases chance of tendon tear.

Do you get the same symptoms using staight bar vs dumbbells?
Buy a Slingshot, a shoulder horn & use them once a week.

Have you ever dislocated your shoulder before?
I have multidirectional shoulder instability and get the exact same feeling burning/instant fatigue when doing any upper body weight training.

Yes I broke both shoulders 2 years ago, left to heal with no treatment from the hospital they said they couldn't do anything. One still has a protruding bone at the back

At the same I time I broke those I shattered both feet and ankles so used tb bpc to health those

Hmmm & is that the focal spot of the pain, any infraspinatus weakness?
It's mainly the front of the shoulders and down my arms that hurt and burn, not really anything hurts at the back. I'v only been training arms with dumbells but tomorrow I will try with the straight bar as well see if the same happens

Depending on lift, straight bar might make it worse :(
IDK if your symptoms are unrelated to original injury...
magic 8 ball says a Dr. appt is in your future, he/she could test the muscles of your rotator cuff and shoulder to get an idea...
good luck and maybe don't go heavy until after you get checked out.
(Dr will probably tell you to not lift...they always do).

Sounds very similar to mine my doctor's/pt said my supraspinatus doesn't "fire" correctly anymore and the other prime movers take overcould be same scenario. Been doing pt on and off for over 10 years it's still underdeveloped but my shoulder doesn't dislocate when I sneeze so that's a win? Havnt been able to solve the problem of the burning/instant fatigue deca made it slightly less noticeable but nothing major
