Anyone ever see scrolling yt or ig these dudes just doing calesthenics...they aren't as jacked as bodybuilders but most look way better in terms of being balanced, lean, physique just flows. No distention, never lagging parts, etc.
Seems like there are 2 styles...prison style just spam high volume basics dips, chins, push-ups, diamond pushups. Then Weighted which is more similar to bodybuilding /street lifting, skinny ripped dudes doing dips with 3x45 or chins with 2x45. The serious ones use weights for legs. No direct delt work but they all have round delts, no distance, a tight core and v taper.
Thoughts? Is it because they don't overcomplicate the shit out of training with cuffed lateral raises, machine flyes, all these isolation stuff and just focus on the basics?
