If the pain subsides within a few minutes it is a back pump. They get bad if you try working through them, they are a very unpleasant annoyance but nothing like a real lower back injury. Depending on how much weight I'm lifting they can last like 4 or 5 minutes and then I do my next set. I go sit down on a bench with perfect posture till they go away. I think the more you round your back (bad form) the worst they are, like when I deadlift or squat and get lazy and don't keep my back tight, I notice the back pumps get much worst.
lol didn't get their var, got some d-bol, halo, and ai.
Update-
Waking up I didn't feel so good, though I was getting sick (body hurt and was feeling hot). Took two ibuprofen and the ache in my body went away and didn't come back. I had some HW to do that day and though I wasn't going to go to the gym. Finished my physic homework at 9:00pm and changed my mind and went to the gym. I took 30mgs of D-bol and decided to skip the caffeine. Felt unusually good and I think the gear might be kicking in.
Deadlift day:
Warm up- 135x5, 315x1, 405X1
Working sets: 495x2, 545x2, 585x1 (fail, two attempts)
I tried 585 twice for a PR but only got 4/5ths of the way and couldn't lock it out. I was mad that I couldn't lock it out :banghead:, but was happy that I could even lift that much weight of the floor . Probably will incorporate rack pulls if this continues to be a problem.
Did you get gen Dbol or is that from astro?
D-bol is from naps, its gp
