Can you just dispose of needles and all other anabolic vials in the regular trash?

That's definitely an over reach. I've definitely seen cases were people have been charged for drug paraphernalia having syringes on hand. It's usually thrown out if people fight it. Pretty hard to make a case if there's no illegal drugs found and you can buy or acquire them pretty much anywhere.

Pretty curious of the outcome of that charge? Was it dropped?

What great lenses of the world you have.

Take my situation in florida. I get arraigned and bail out. Now I have court in a couple weeks. Well, I dont live in florida. so what do I need to do. get a flight back out, get a hotel room for the night, get a rental car or cab or whatever to get to court on time. Only to sit in court and the judge reschedule me for a couple weeks later. Guess how many times they did this. How much money do you think I spent. Sure. "itll get thrown out" after how many court appearances, wasted time and income?

Im glad that these issues im sure youve never had to deal with dont bother you, but I assure you they can be bothersome for those who do have to go through them. But then again... theres always that guy

Yea, sure. if only the written laws actually worked as they were written across the board, for everyone. then cases wouldn't need to go to higher courts for decision because the decision would always be the same. then you may not have so many innocent individuals finding their way out of prisons years later. it amazes me that there are grown ups who still dont believe this foolishness happens. many of us wish we were privelaged enough to be so ignorant.

Sorry for the rant, but it pisses me off when folks swear bad things dont happen in the real world. Like telling someone starving "theres too much food being thrown out in the world, theres no way youre actually starving with no food to eat".

I've spent my fair share in jail and dragged threw the courts. So spare me the bullshit of trying to explain the process. Been threw it since I was a teenager at 14 i know all about it. I absolutely agree the law is fucked and completely screws everyone. Your not special. Sorry your dealing with that shit but your fucking retarded if you think it's only black folk. Pretty sure you don't understand my thoughts on the cops. And me being white doesn't mean I haven't seen how corrupt the system is.

:yawn: a few seconds ago you couldnt even fathom something like this happening, or how fucked up it can actually be, as if they;d arrest you then apologize and immediately let you go, worry free for everyone.

Now its "the law fucks everyone" you seem to have an issue with black folks. "don't pretend youre special because youre black" sounds like someone with issues of black folk. sorry if a few fucked all of the women in your life, probably slapped you around for your disrespectful tone a few times and brought you back to reality every time you got under the impression that it was the 1800's but relax. My little story seems to have bothered you more than the incidents spoken about bothered me. You should be a cop, youd be the perfect candidate, power, ego, and hatred for black folks. Then again, you're probably retired law enforcement.
 
I put used needles and barrels into a large detergent container and then seal it up when full to then throw into the trash. Even still recap the needles after use before putting them into the container.

Also it's good to be very mindful about how you carry unused syringes with you. Best to keep them out of sight in some container, not just stuff them in your pocket!

I just put them on the dashboard and drive around for a few days. I probably get a way with it because I'm white.

My comments are waiting approval so you may or may not get to see it. So apparently I need to be nice about the things I say. But your so right. White people couldn't possibly understand. Every single one of us is born with a 700 credit score and $1000's in the bank. I've never had a single bad thing happen ever in my entire life. Lucky me
 
Syringes and vials go in the regular trash for me. I used to drop the needles in one empty drawer of my desk in my home office. Then it got too full and I bought a sharps container. Now I have a full sharps container and are dropping the needles in the drawer again.

Buy another container?

Lock the old one shut and dispose of it in the garbage. That’s what theyre designed for.

Using a detergent container in the trash is what my city officially recommends for at home disposal.

I'm 36 lol. Look you made it about you being black. And my comment was pointing out your not the only race. But it's 2025. You can be a victim if you want. It's just annoying listening to the same old story " I'm black so that's why everything goes wrong for me". Boo hoo white people have it so good.

Love how quickly you judge and assume I don't like black people. Without any knowledge about my family, childhood, or even my race you quickly think that. You obviously are racist. But that's fine. Doesn't change anything for me.
 
I put mine in a Sharps box that I can arrange to get collected by the council. I leave it outside my building and they come and get it with the rubbish.

However sometimes they forget. Took one to a pharmacy once, they told me I can put it in regular bins, so long as the box is sealed and put in a bag
