As for different reps having different prices that's their business. They probably all get a set price from the main guy and then how they peddle it out is their business. I see nothing wrong with that. I also know there are different prices for different buyers. Wholesaler and end user.

If you have anything bad to say about a lab and say anything on a board you must expect retaliation in the form of them explaining what happened. Especially when Quote ' I will not be dealing with Pareto nomore because of a issue between them and I. Which I took as a slap in the face since I was pushing there lab on my friends and myself wasn't impressed at all!

If you truly didnt have anything against them and were just going to use different labs then dont say shit and move on. I dont blame them for posting what happened. They have to protect their honor and business

On the flip side they maybe could have done it a little differently. But again, you made it clear that an issue was present so they have to deal with the situation in a way they deem the most appropriate. You have to remember that any bad news can affect business so they had every right to do what they did

And to add to this. If they were willing to give you a bunch of free shit to apologize for the issue why the fuck wouldnt you take it? Especially since you always raved on how good their shit was
