It's all over the news.

I work intimately with senior level management at Canada Post and can confirm that the most likely date of a strike or lockout will be on July 5th. The workers have to work on the 4th (Monday) in order to be entitled for their July 1st holiday pay.
@ParetoPharma They are not legally allowed to strike until July 2nd, so we have some time.

Canada Post has been making arrangements to ship their freight volume with UPS and Purolator. But there will no doubt be delays.

Hey guys just giving update, on third week of t400 and deca no weight gains yet, a little bit of strength like 20 pounds up on my bench, pumps r getting a little more intense, I think for the most part is I'm getting impatient its been a while since my last cycle so can't remember how long it takes to get in full swing of it.

Has your sex drive increased ? By the third week I can feel the difference. And 20 pounds on your bench I would say are pretty good gains up to this point. Any time you can add 20 pounds to a lift is progress.
