I'm on week 6 going to 7 on 200mg tren e, 200mg mast e and 250 mg test é E3d, also taken arimidex 1mg EOD

I'm happy with the results so far, gained about 10 lbs, looking ok but my bf is still high, about 19%

This time due my history of hurting myself and the fact I'm turning 40, I'm changing my workout routine for more density than heavy

I mean instead of push heavy I doubled my number of sets and reps, I'm happy so far, not a single issue(which for me is a good mark at 6 weeks)

I felt a gain of strength but not huge.

Basically my training is 6 to 7 days a week, about 1:20 per day, muscle groups split in 5 days, each day is 4 Superset with 3 Sets of 10 to 20 reps each, with an abs exercise in between the sets looking to minimum rest.

I'm 6'1 about 240 lb and about 19%

My question to you guys is, I wanted to lose all the bf I can, and lean as much as possible in the last 6 weeks, what would you guys recommend me, cardio? T3? Any other thing to help? I hate clen, not an option for me.

I'm keeping my diet the lowest I can on fat, eating about 4000 calories day, and drinking 4 l of water

What do you do now
For cardio wise and what is ur prot/carb fat goals ed?
 
I don't really count macros, I basically eat, 2 eggs in the morning, brown rice and ground beef 3 times a day and protein powder with oat flour 2 to 3 times a day, that's the best I can do, complicated to keep any complex diet with wife and kids

Green salad whenever possible

I was thinking to add like 2, 3 km a day jogging, something like 20, 30 minutes daily

Up your protein and start with 20 min cardio no need for 1h a day
 
My ideia from now to the end is lower the carbs removing the oats and up the protein, cardio will be only about 20, 30 minutes a day, maybe jogging may lead elliptical

let's see what my knees say about what type of cardio I can do, hehe

The only way I have been able to loose weight is by taking in fewer calories than I need. This can be done by eating less, exercising more, taking drugs, or a bit of all three. I'm sure that I'm a bit on the strange side as I prefer to cut prior to bulking rather than after.

Drugs:
hGH -- Costly and long term, I have noticed a reduction in body fat using hGH.
T3, T4 -- Fairly inexpensive, increases metabolism, indiscriminate as to burning fat or leans from what I understand. I have seen some crazy dosages posted on what people claim to be running.
Var, Winny -- Both of these orals have been used for cutting, I run Var and T3 together with the crazy notion that running the Var will help persevere my lean mass.
Clen -- I'm with you on this one.
hcg -- Haven't done this myself, but had a friend do the hcg diet and he lost a large beer belly (30 pounds) within a month. Key to this diet is the extremely low calorie intake so not something I would want to do when running gear.
Fitness Store Stimulants -- Fairly cheap, lots of choices, not something I would consider.
 
Thanks @Vita so, I believe the key is diet, but that's also the hardest part for me, I can make sure I go to the gym everyday and I don't loose a single rep, but I can't handle my wife on pms pist because she can't eat crapp while I diet and make her feel bad, fat, ugly, and things like that

This time I will try to change a bit the diet, add cardio é give a week, a week and a half to see how it goes

You gave me some ideas about drugs to help;

Hgh, I used once, great, but too costly, not for me, I'm just a regular guy,
T3, definitely inclined to try it, not sure if in this cycle or after before next one, will research more about it t4 my only source has only T3 so I'll go for that
Var Winny, var I tried few times, don't really feel much results, Winny I like it, any one have tried Winny stacked with Tren? Not sure if that would be good or not
Clen, I felt like shit
HCG not that expensive but haven't tried as well
Fitness store stimulants, I was taking pré workout, then ephedrine, but Sent my blood pressure to the roof, I dropped, probably because of the tren

I find 20-25 min fasted cardio first thing in the morning and 12.5 mcg t3 before bed works great for me to get leaner.
I have to also reduce calories to a deficit in order to get leaner as well.

Should be no big, just take it off and pin again

Happens once in a while, actually it happened once and I think my wife does not test that anymore, hehe, just pin and injects, so far so good for me
 
Yea I just changed pins and proceeded as usual, I remembered reading injecting your own blood is fine so I wasn't worried. I was just a little surprised cus I know its so rare that a lot of people don't even bother to aspirate.
