More cardio add slowly!Gentlemen
I'm on week 6 going to 7 on 200mg tren e, 200mg mast e and 250 mg test é E3d, also taken arimidex 1mg EOD
I'm happy with the results so far, gained about 10 lbs, looking ok but my bf is still high, about 19%
This time due my history of hurting myself and the fact I'm turning 40, I'm changing my workout routine for more density than heavy
I mean instead of push heavy I doubled my number of sets and reps, I'm happy so far, not a single issue(which for me is a good mark at 6 weeks)
I felt a gain of strength but not huge.
Basically my training is 6 to 7 days a week, about 1:20 per day, muscle groups split in 5 days, each day is 4 Superset with 3 Sets of 10 to 20 reps each, with an abs exercise in between the sets looking to minimum rest.
I'm 6'1 about 240 lb and about 19%
My question to you guys is, I wanted to lose all the bf I can, and lean as much as possible in the last 6 weeks, what would you guys recommend me, cardio? T3? Any other thing to help? I hate clen, not an option for me.
I'm keeping my diet the lowest I can on fat, eating about 4000 calories day, and drinking 4 l of water
