Canadians talk domestic

Just saw this on evo as I was browsing around while bored at work:

The following offenses will get you banned right away (no warning):

  • Bashing sponsors aka going out of way to say anything negative about sponsors
Sorta blew my mind at how close minded some places are. Its like scientology over there.

Received a lil order today too. When I heard genetec was closing I jumped on some mk677 before supply ran out.

I have to say I am a bit surprised there is not a bullet under that stating you will get banned if you don't participate in bashing non-sponsers -- guess that's what the mods are for. Oh wait, no they just ban and delete your comments no bashing needed.

Hey Fellas,

It's been 3 months since my first cycle of test only and I've kept majority of my size/strength.

Lately I have been experiencing some joint pain in my right elbow and sometimes, both shoulders during my heavy lifting sets.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this problem?

You’re best to see a physiotherapist and get a diagnostic done. I know sounds like witchcraft but going most my adult life in and out of doctor’s offices being told there is nothing wrong with my knees, then seeing a physiotherapist and within an hour having in my opinion a correct diagnostic, and treatment sold me. Two years ago as well I ripped the supraspinatus in my left shoulder I thought I had just tweaked the deltoid so just upped the amount of Var and kept going. Well when I stopped taking Var is when I realized how much damage I had caused, just starting to be able to do a little better than light maintenance upper body lifts now.

Glucosamine, I have heard praises from many folk on this. Myself I had tried it on a few occasions and never noticed anything great from it.

Tension socks might provide some relief. The ones I have seen for shoulders look really strange and not sure how well they work, but the ones you can pick up from almost any supplement store for your elbows work to some degree.

Heat I find works great on sore muscles though not aware of the effects on connective tissue.

A massage from a registered massage therapist does wonders for me for sore muscles, again not sure what effect that will have on connective tissue.

To me it sounds like in your last cycle your muscle grew a lot faster than the connective tissue, if that makes sense. I would really try and get in to see a physiotherapist, and until then lift a little lighter to avoid causing any more damage than has already been done.

Agreed 200% with @Vita in addition, my 25c every year I used to get some muscle, join, anything screwed by the end of my cycle, last year I screwed my left arm bad, after 6 months and 3 physiotherapists later I meet a guy in Barrie, physiotherapist who gave me the right diagnostic, I pinched a nerve
3 months after start to treat with thus guy I'm 100% again
During this time I learned to lower the weight and raise the volume of my lifts, just finished my cycle this year, didn't hurt myself, got a good result (at least to me)
Go see a physiotherapist maybe a chiropractic, best thing you do, don't force the screwed muscle /joint, I did that because I was 2 thirds of my cycle and started to treat only after the end, that made it harder to they to diagnose and way longer to heal
Good luck

Much agreed with all these fellas, physios are miracle workers. Years of pain can be gone in a couple months of simple stretching/movements

This looks interesting.
Was it good for just endurance or also fat burning?
Are there any sides ?
Does it make u jittery or wired?

Its good mainly for endurance and a little cutting. When running tren and taking cardarine you don't lose any of your endurance due to the tren. Thus why I think the combo is amazing

How long do you run this for so it starts doing it's thing? I heard you had to take for a couple of months before you actually see it working. Will this help heal some little injuries?

I crashed my car on the highway last sunday and I've had a bit of pain on my left wrist. Still capable of lifting and it'll eventually heal properly, but let's say I wanted it to be faster, would some MK-677 help?

Curious about this as well.

Have to say, between that MK-677 and the pen @3ml posted I'm drooling over the pen. It's just so sleek and sexy, but it needs to be around more of it's kind, 10 would be nice for a start.

For mk677 healing injuries, it takes a little time but I do feel it helps for healing chronic things like my back and knee pain. It starts to shine after a few months, at least for me it does.

According to anecdotal evidence (the BEST kind of evidence, mmhmmm yup), you should be on it for 6 months+, but I have no personal experience with it. Only been on for a week and its my first time. Hoping to recover a lil quicker from grappling and feel better rested in the mornings but I won't trip report for a while cos this is a long term sorta thing. With those three bottles, I got 6 months worth at 12.5mg perday, or I can do 3 months at 25. Sounds like 25 is where the action is tbh so I've been sticking to that.

According to research 25 is the sweet spot. You get more igf conversion than say 12.5
If you were to go up to 37.5 you can get a bit more but it’s not nearly as big of a jump from 12.5 to 25
So 25 according to research is optimal

Agreed!!! I played with it for about an hour when I got it. Should be a 36 iu one not far behind that one. Gonna keep ordering and hopefully build a nice stockpile
