Canadians talk domestic

Nordic has excellent gear yes however as of late there customer service is lacking, a few fourms including here mention this.
Could be from illness or host of other life issues, not an excuse just whatever.
My experience isn't with the rep on Meso. And the negative experience wasn't the reps fault. Like I posted before, he copy pasted the email between himself and whoever is in charge above him. So we can call this a corporate issue.
