Have you ever been here? It would probably surprise you at how advanced it is in many regions. Where are you from Czechoslovakia or something? I would venture to say there is more wealth here in this developing nation than where you live. I choose to live here for many reasons. I am a Canadian though and still have assets in Canada. I can also assure you where I live looks nothing like a third world country. It is very modern, has every amenity you could ever want and there is alot of wealth here. I don't know how many of you guys know this but it looks like getmaple is free for BC and Ontario residences. I used their payed services a few times for blood work, paying 50$ a visit seems pretty reasonable to avoid the line ups at the walk-in clinic, for mine it's usually about 2 hour wait. I think the msp covered visit is video only and it looks like about an hour wait
