Okay, let's do this!
I would love to see you eat every hour, if you can. Are shakes easier for you? Try a shake of 1 carton egg whites, 1 frozen banana, some milk, a bit of PB and either honey or stevia. That'll put some meat on your bones, and about 60g of GOOD protein. I drink that 3 or so times a day.
I'd love to see you eat every hour man. Buy some digestive enzymes or HCL to help keep that food moving, you need some extra help with that smaller stomach.
Have slow digesting carbs such as brown rice or oatmeal early in the day, and late. Around your workout eat fast digesting ones such as white rice, pasta etc. The fast stuff will be better for that much wanted insulin spike...
I am normally not for weight gainer shakes, but in this case, go for it.
I wanna see you succeed, I'm here to help where I can.
Yes shakes or liquid is easier as it isn't dense and easy to digest. I like you recipe and will give it a shot. That is one thing I was doing wrong is having the slow acting carb as oatmeal pre workout. Will change that out for the pasta instead.
What sort of calories is smart to target? I know everyone is different. Where is that line in what you think your burn versus store? If I can add in the shakes above I was thinking to gradually up my calories to see where a good point is. My workouts last almost 90 minutes so I know I am anaerobicly burning a lot.
Appreciate you taking time to provide me feedback. I DO listen and take it all in. Being a rookie you have to keep an open mind, mouth shut and listen to the vets. At the end of the day I hope to take pieces from all of this and test what works for me and report on how I feel. I know there is not a perfect program, a perfect diet. It's what you can stand or put into it.
On Amazon now searching for the digestive enzymes or HCL. It's a great idea. I have to take omerazol everyday for the rest of my life because I get horrible acid reflux if I don't. These may help there too.
