Cancer Sucks....My Wake UP Call and Cycle Log

Okay, let's do this!

I would love to see you eat every hour, if you can. Are shakes easier for you? Try a shake of 1 carton egg whites, 1 frozen banana, some milk, a bit of PB and either honey or stevia. That'll put some meat on your bones, and about 60g of GOOD protein. I drink that 3 or so times a day.

I'd love to see you eat every hour man. Buy some digestive enzymes or HCL to help keep that food moving, you need some extra help with that smaller stomach.

Have slow digesting carbs such as brown rice or oatmeal early in the day, and late. Around your workout eat fast digesting ones such as white rice, pasta etc. The fast stuff will be better for that much wanted insulin spike...

I am normally not for weight gainer shakes, but in this case, go for it.

I wanna see you succeed, I'm here to help where I can.

Yes shakes or liquid is easier as it isn't dense and easy to digest. I like you recipe and will give it a shot. That is one thing I was doing wrong is having the slow acting carb as oatmeal pre workout. Will change that out for the pasta instead.

What sort of calories is smart to target? I know everyone is different. Where is that line in what you think your burn versus store? If I can add in the shakes above I was thinking to gradually up my calories to see where a good point is. My workouts last almost 90 minutes so I know I am anaerobicly burning a lot.

Appreciate you taking time to provide me feedback. I DO listen and take it all in. Being a rookie you have to keep an open mind, mouth shut and listen to the vets. At the end of the day I hope to take pieces from all of this and test what works for me and report on how I feel. I know there is not a perfect program, a perfect diet. It's what you can stand or put into it.

On Amazon now searching for the digestive enzymes or HCL. It's a great idea. I have to take omerazol everyday for the rest of my life because I get horrible acid reflux if I don't. These may help there too.

Just ordered Designs for Health - Digestzymes Digestive Enzymes with Betaine HCL to Support Optimal Digestion...will report back how it work for me.

I like this idea... Slowly ramp up. You can add more PB, MCT oil or whatever to the shakes to make them more calorie dense. Just check out the mirror every morning and see how you're looking.

Curious to hear how the enzymes work.

I would try to lift more, and maybe do cardio for 20 minutes after lifting 2 or 3 days a week. This will help prevent putting on fat, and will up your appetite. I'd do high incline treadmill, at a fast walk, 20 minutes minimum.

For the calories, slowly up it every 2 weeks and see how you feel and look.

90 minute workout is a lot, man. Normally i lift for an hour and bounce... Why do you think it takes so long?

I do cardio on my non lifting days. Honestly I wouldn't have the energy to do it after.
I do incline treadmill now for 30 minutes. I warm up for three minutes and then incline to 15 and up the speed a few notches. Then three minutes at level incline 1 and slower speed. I repeat through 30. Keeps it not so boring and is kind of HIT.

I do three full body workouts a week. I warm up and stretch. I do 12 exercises with 2 sets. If you look up HST program you will see. I do limit my rest period to 60-90 seconds depending on the lift.

Agreed on your approach on the calories.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback.

Ryno,

I understand where you are coming from. And agree. Am still learning here and am going to make some mistakes and learn from them in the beginning. I always appreciate your opinion, and furthermore would be interested in you posting your thoughts on an ultimate cutting cycle I could consider for the future.

At my gym they have a machine, and I am taking all measurements on a two week basis. Will report this. My TRT doc could give a shit. But he is legal for now. I am seriously thinking about moving away from him. Funny thing was tested a week ago by him. He only tested Total Test and not Free. I used Test P for my last two weeks and cut it down so I knew that number would come in well under. I also knew he is too cheap to add the "Free" test and wouldn't see that my Free Test is Tripple!! the high point which would have given him pause. Instead he guesses through some math that he thought my free was like 18 when in reality it is like 48. :p
My opinion on the perfect cut cycle and others would probably be much different.... I cut really easy
300 test e 1-12
500 tren e 1-12
Winny 50 mg pre workout 1-6
I personally prefer tren a over e for cutting but everyone is different.

Thanks Ryno. I technically on my second cycle. I think Tren should come with a few more cycles under my belt? It's such a powerful steroid and it makes me a little nervous.

Thanks for this feedback!

Look up fst training

I didn't sleep well last night. Had one of those nights where you look and see 1:33, 1:52, 2:14,2:44. You get my drift. Came home and decided to take a "20" minute nap. 2 hours later...I feel better. Glad it is not a lifting night!

Ever have those days?

Pinned AM:

Good workout. Was able to get 8 reps of 250 on Bench on the second set! So get to move to 255 Friday. Definitely feels heavier, even that little 5 extra pounds. I switched up my pre-workout drink that I do 45 minutes prior to JYM. I also used JYM Dextrose during my workout and it really helped me not get fatigued an hour into the workout. Taste is good. Lots of energy. I do legs for my final sets and I was able to hit them harder than normal and added weight to the lift tonight. On the great advice here from the vets I switched up to some Pasta for my 30min PreWO meal instead of Oatmeal which is slower carb. Made a big difference as well.

Of course post workout I have my protein shake within 15 minutes. In the Superman Cup....What else!

Watched a few videos. Comedies by Rich Piana. That guy is like a cartoon. Its strange to me, and I know why, when he moves his arms, his biceps never flex or move. Its like their just attached. I thought synthol at least moved...Then for more comedy headed over to the Enhanced Energy YourTube channel. Again those guys crack me up. I like Coach Trevor though. I could hang with him. Dr. Tony reminds me of a slimy used car salesmen though. And the fact he calls himself a "Dr." because of his "J.D." in law, which is not a PH.D or doctorate. Too funny. Most of their videos crack me up. And his closing line about his vigilant army...To funny. Like he has a cult or something.

On tonight's video he was trying to say that S.A.R.M.S are more anabolic and "Better" than steroids for the muscles and are twice as powerful while in the muscle. When you look at Coach Trevor as his is saying this, you can tell he is just going with it as he is on Tony's gravy train.

Then flip over to Bostin Loyd and his channel is pushing some supposed Steroid how to guide that is less than 20 pages for $50!! Forget Big Bang theory! The comedy is on the Bodybuilder channels!

Been reading more about other routines and splits and may mix things up soon! I like the full body workouts 3 days a week, but the workouts are just too long. I think the split will be better. Will look at transitioning over at the end of my HST run.

Try it for a month or two. That shit will work. If you hit a plateau try another routine and come back to it after a while.
