Notice no HGH. I am taking two days off a week. Thursday's and Sunday's. I didn't feel any different without the HGH today. I know having been on it for 12 days it builds up. I was so sore last night and this morning. With the new pre-wo mix and infra workout drink I went at it much harder. Slept like crap as I couldn't get comfortable. Yes sore = muscle tear down and rebuild. But your not thinking about that at 2:00am.

It's my lower macro day but I missed a meal again today. I did have a bar to supplement. Having a job sometimes sucks! I have noticed since going into my second week of npp I am holding more water. See it in the face. I tell myself...8.5 weeks left of bulking. Then will spend 10weeks cutting with T3 cycle with albuteral. Will cut some carbs out too and increase cardio then too.

For all those rookies out there like me and you think being disciplined is easy....meal planning, taking all the supplements, shopping for meals, preparing all the meals, making sure you eat at the right time. Working out, doing cardio, doing your cycle, checking for sides, blood tests....it's an expensive lifestyle, and is a lot of work. So if your not ready to fully commit and think all you have to do is inject some shit a few times a week, please do yourself a favor and really think about it.

I am all in, but I took time to prepare and have it all in place. More important was getting my wife's support and to understand what and why I am doing this. She helps with meal prep and shopping. Don't lie to your spouse about doing a cycle. Educate them and get their support. I am lucky in that my wife knows I did my research and this is not some new toy I play with for three weeks and it gets old and I toss it. You can't do that. That shot is dangerous and your fucking with the only body you got.

I am not lecturing anyone here. It may sound like it, but I think it is more self talk for me to remember all my committmemts and why I push myself. This is hard. This sometimes hurts. Steroids do affect things. Don't think they don't. HGH - IGF can make you tired. I nap now 30 minutes a day. You bloat and hold water. All the protein and I crop dust people at work unintentionally! I have to force myself to eat. You have to always have a bottle of water in your hand in order to get over a gallon a day. You piss a lot! My waste basket in my bathroom looks like a surgical waste can now. My ass feels like a pin cushion, and if you fuck up the angle your ass cheek will throb. When you pull out your 22G needle after injecting sometimes the blood squirts out all over the floor like a murder scene. Your hands fall asleep from HGH and tingle. They will swell up too.

Now....

Do I love this new life style?! You FUCKING BET I DO!

Workout went didn't go well. I did up my Bench again to 255 (8) good reps on the second set. Will be at 260 on Monday. However had stomach issues most of the day. I think it was something I had ate from the day before. Not sure though. I did add 25MCG of T3. Didn't notice anything with such a low dose. I got nervous thinking my stomach issues were because of it. But my stomach was fine. It was just liquid fire! I know to much info. But it didn't prevent me from eating my protein and calories.

And NO! I came close but didn't make it to midnight. However I did have a nice cocktail after my workout.

Stirred....Not shaken....Can't shake this cocktail!!

Still had a touch of stomach issues this morning. I don't think it is the T3 still. Anyone else have stomach issues on T3 at first? I upped from 25mcg to 35mcg roughly. Had breakfast and felt fine. Then went shopping for usual weekly food supplies and still had a touch of stomach issues. Ate lunch and now feel fine. So I am at the tail end of my stomach issue I think. Not related to the T3 I think. Tomorrow will be the true test. I picked up an ear thermometer though. I took my temp think morning and was at 98.0. So I will be taking it every morning when I get up to keep the T3 in check.

Its FFFing cold here. But on Sundays its Chicken Grilling day!! I am not a big fan of just plain chicken. That gets old quick. So my wife marinates my chicken for 24 hours. The marinade is a homemade recipe and has a black pepper, garlic, mustard taste. Give this recipe to the wife or if you cook, give it a shot. the mustard is dried mustard. Basically get a gallon zip lock back. Put the marinade and chicken in and let it soak for 24 hours. Grill it up or bake it. Yum...

Going to relax today and watch some football. Onto my 3rd week of my 10 week cycle. Will be getting blood work this week on Thursday. Takes a week to get back usually.

I switched it up tonight. Decided to replace my bench press with flat DB press. I really felt it more in my chest. I really flex at the top. Decided going to only bench once a week. Opening with heavy (to me) bench takes a lot ut of me right off the bat.

No stomach issues with T3 now at my 50mcg dose. I think it took a few days for my system to get used to it. Macros were good even though I was off work today. Getting bloods drawn Thursday. Will be usual Test and Estroidal sensitive. Adding prolactin and Human Growth Serum as well. Will have those tests next week. Then will judge on caber or AI if needed. They recognize me now at the lab place.

Saw lots of new resolution people at the gym tonight. I bet most will be gone in two weeks!

Watched Magnificent Seven today, good movie. Check it out.

315lb on the flat bench for 3 reps kills me... lol. When I get to incline I'm lucky if I get 185lb for 12-15 reps lol. 205 and 225 on the incline feels like glass shoulders lol... I love dumbbells... you can go to failure and throw them.

Totally agree. I am going to mix it up. Considering I am aiming for hypertrophy type workouts, bench is not the most ideal every workout IMHO. I really felt the chest muscle today though.

I noticed for the pump and overall hypertrophy growth I wait no more than 2 minutes between compounds and less than a minute for isolation. Growth is substantial with this. I took this page out of Serge Nubrets workout. The guy use to bench no more than 190lbs but kept his rest periods low and a lot of sets. When I use to see Kai Greene training in the gym at 12-1AM in the morning that guy used barely any weight and just focused on that particular muscle.... he use to do one week a month of very heavy weight to shock the body but that man did a million reps and look at him..... fucking 38 years old and his body can feed a starving family of 8 for a good 5 years lol

I will comment in the mornings...Fuck I almost fall asleep at work. T3 and HGH I think. Usually in the mornings I am good to go. It gets better mid morning.

I am 2.5 weeks into this 10 week cycle. I cruise on TRT and started on a lower dose of Primo. So week (1) I upped my Test CYP from 150mg per week to 300mg per wk. Primo went from 450mg to 600mg and added the NPP of 300MG per week. I have not weighed, I know I should but I hate the scale. I did measure day (1), so just to see I had the wife measure.

Shoulders around went up 1.25"
Arms (Biceps) went from 17 3/4" to 18.5"!!
Chest went down 1.75" which is good cause its fat!
Waist went down .75" which is good losing more fat.
Quads went down 1/2" which is good losing more fat.
Calfs stayed the same at 18"

So I am encouraged for only two and a half weeks in. There is some movement. Can't say to much on the weights cause I concentrate on isolation movements mainly and slower reps. So I can't say I went from these reps to that with this weight. Sorry. Boring I know. Usually the fun parts of cycles are the beginning and the end. This middles are work.

Macros were good today and ate the same normal macros for my high days. Though did have a chicken rice bowl from Chipolte. Yum!

Agreed. Brushed it off. First thing I did was to tell the wife...I don't want to talk to you. I love you, not mad at you. Shitty day, migraine...Where's my chair. I fell asleep. I have a high pressure job and yesterday involved 3000 people. I produced an event. Never fun having your executive staff taking direction from YOU! and its on you, you get one shot. It all went well, but the muscles in my neck freaked out and seized.

I got to be honest. If it was a lifting night I might have postponed. Dare I say!

I am looking forward to them too. Sucks that it takes a fucking week. This was an expensive test too this time cause of the prolactin, T3, and Growth. Like $250!!!

GOD DAMMIT! Shooting my IGF post workout into the bicep and I hit a blood vessel. Stung like a mother and have a giant blood bruise. At least it wasn't my usual 22g

Went over and got a BIG needle. With all the tests I got on this one it seemed like they took out a pint! So should have results back in a week. Other than that not much to report. I did up the HGH to my 3IU. I took two and a half weeks to get it there. Some tingles and swelling but much less when I jumped it off the bat.

Food Macros - Works!

Busting ass in Gym - Works!, but below you will see I am changing things up this week.
Serums - IGF1, PEG-MGF, BPC-157 etc. Not sure. Definitely don't think I will be repeating these as I just don't see the results in bloods etc. I think it is in the mind.

Test CYP, NPP, Primo - WORKS! I am only running 300MG of Test right now and my bloods are happy about that.

My Estroidal is easy for me to control.

NPP and Primo have almost tripled my free Test!! I am adding size and losing it in my measurements in the right places.

I have attached my labs. I am very much disappointed in my Growth Serum levels for the HGH I was taking. Seems its not good. Please help me just that. I pinned 3IU 3 hours before the blood test. My prolactin has always been high but since September 2016 it has stayed the same at 27. Not sure if I should pop a Caber to see if I could effect it. But it hasn't gone up.

I just finished my 4th week of 10 weeks. Heading into my 5th week after 4 weeks of the serums, I am taking a two week break from the Peg-MGF, IGF1 LR3 and BPC-157. But with the results of my bloods, not sure I will be going back. I am also not sure what to do on the HGH. I don't want to take enough for BB levels. Just fat levels. But is it worth it?

T3 - My Free T3 levels according to my test are on the higher end. I am taking 25MCG daily. Thinking of bumping to 50MCG and seeing if it makes a difference in bloods and free T3. Hard to tell if it works or not but will watch my waking temp close. Got some Purity Source Labs which I have been taking.

Cycle Assist, Omega 3, LIV25, Hawthorne Berry, etc have all had such a positive influence on my liver numbers, and brought down my blood pressure BIG time since testing and recording. Will not adjust there.

Starting this week I am thinking of bumping the Test CYP from 300 to 500MG. I already had planned on bumping my Primo up to 750mg from 600mg and my NPP from 300 to 400MG. I have left my TRT doc and going out on my own. I was paying $200 per month private pay for him basically to supply me with something I can get for $40 and lasts for months. Just couldn't justify it anymore. They did nothing for me. I run my own bloods etc. Plus I was tired of worrying about hitting a date for bloods. I feel good about the decision. He didn't bat an eye when I told him.

Going to try an split FST-7 workout and start training using the drugs I am on and train like a wanna be BodyBuilder.
