Really depends what I am blending, I use a lot of roasted garlic salt from costco, dried oregano, basil, smoked paprika. I even add a touch of maple syrup it goes well with meats/greens. Awesome advice I'm gonna give this a shot
My other go to blend is the greens, I hate eating salads so what I usually do is blend this and drink twice a day: 1/2 head of Kale, 2 Cup Fresh Spinach, 6 Celery Stalks, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, water/ice.
^^^ This has more vitamins and minerals than taking 10 multi-vitamins at once.
