Carbs and cardio

Got a study on that? I find it hard to believe that fats are good for energy.

Fats are fine for energy but don't do as well for high intensity of glycolotic efforts like Olympic lifting, powerlifting, heck even lower intensity lifting in general is partially glycolotic.

My stats are 100 kg
36 years old
Bf 17 i wanna to come some leaner for beggining to some 14
I am doing intermittent fasting because of the fasted cardio.
Diet is gonna be as i sad 5 days low carb and loading on a weekend.
Is this is gonna be good aproach to trim fat

Fasted cardio doesn't provide any real benefits unless you're already very lean and looking to get leaner. If you're at 17% BF you don't need fasted cardio.
 
The thing is with this IF when i get to this window it's already evening.
That's why i put them together.
Is this mistake

Ideally u would want at least 4-6 hours between them. But if that's what u can do than do it.
