Yeah, thats always my problem is i eat until I'm sick.@bc, your sodium will be high just from all the processed food. Drink as much water as you can. U will b super thirsty too. The key is to eat until u r full and not uncomfortable or sick.
Sure. Hit me up. I would so if you have the funds. Hire skip....Yeah, thats always my problem is i eat until I'm sick.
If you'd like, we could talk PM and I can tell everything I ate, and how it went? i'd appreciate it.
Skip was actually interviewed on gear'd up podcast. If you haven't ever checked out their podcast they have all sorts of pros, diet coaches, gurus come on there and talk about everything. Worth checking out. Skip loading is aka shit loading.
Not exactly. But it is similar.Skiploading is NOT shitloading!
If you consider simple carbs as shit, then yes.
Omg you did. I didn't realize that because you only said it like 5 times already. Please know the difference between the two if you are going to talk about them. I actually worked with skip.
It is a load, but either skip or shit is all up to opinion.Omg you did. I didn't realize that because you only said it like 5 times already.
I have heard good things about it. I remember I like hearing what skip had to say when I listened to the interview. I just don't have much patience for guys who try to start shit in this forum over semantics. It is a load, but either skip or shit is all up to opinion.
I know it's skip loading and it works very well. No other forum of refeeds have giving me this much results.

Well you completely missed my point because you were trying to be a dick. That was my point. It's not semantics. But at least you know how to count.

Man thats way low lol idk why people think you have to cut down carbs sub 200 to "cut". Idk why people still traditionally bulk and cut anymore its so redundant and ineffective. Youre constantly gaining and losing the same 10lbs. I could sit here and write an extremely long post but ill do you one better. Look up a guy named layne norton and look up all his biolayne videos and all his articles about dieting. The man is a nutritional genius and will change your entire perspective on diet. When I am cutting I keep my carbs at 90g a day
My friend who is a big guy and experiments a lot said he does his carbs different every day when cutting..
He does 90g next day 120g next day 150g and repeats all over again and says its the best way for him!
I guess everyone is different so my question is... What's best for you to lose BF when cutting?
I do agree with you on that. But, with my skiploading, i've noticed I get a much better response from starting my carbs at 250g a day, and slowly drop them down to 25g on the day of my refeed, and the carbs are taken post morning cardio.Man thats way low lol idk why people think you have to cut down carbs sub 200 to "cut". Bro i drop weight without any deficit in calories at simply with the addition of cardio i slim down. Once my weight loss completely peaks then i drop calories by cutting mostly fats down instead of carbs. The only time would cut down carbs is 4 to 6 weeks out from competition and its never lower than 200g a day only in the final week does it go lower than that.I do agree with you on that. Carbs are not the enemy. Over eating and under training are the problems. I'll train harder long before I'll drop my calories.
Absolutely bro nutrient timing is extremely importantI'm a huge proponent of nutrient timing; carbing immediately post workout when the muscles are in a state of up-regulation and are in the most insulin sensitive state they're ever going to be. Post-wakeup is important too so you can dip that cortisol spike.
