They will kill/discipline their own members for cutting products before it reaches their target buyer. Cartels aren’t selling 8 balls and grams to Joe Schmoe. They deal in bulk. Levamisole is commonly added in increasing amounts as cocaine moves down the line and is re-bricked in presses. This is not good for sales as the product becomes further adulterated and will lose you customers.

I have no doubts that if they did want to be serious about gear distribution, they would be very open to complaints from the bulk buyers— but the money is not there.

There are cartels that are currently pulling out of fentanyl distribution because it has brought too much heat on them. They are killing their members who are continuing to produce and sell fentanyl despite being told to stop.

The Cartels are businesses first and foremost. They do care about customer satisfaction. The people that see the worst side of them are mostly themselves and rival cartels not buyers.
