when i run out of hospira, in 5 years , i'll just make my own again, easy peasy,,Well now that all the entire Reddit grey world has decided to panic buy all the Hospira bac and most places not going to sell it going forward what is everyone planning? Those who did preorders got emails saying the price is increasing $150 and they have to pay the difference.
I have at least a years worth and probably more but was just curious.when i run out of hospira, in 5 years , i'll just make my own again, easy peasy,,
ts super easy to make bac water, there's plenty of info on it here on Meso including recipes etc and what kind proper ingredients too,I have at least a years worth and probably more but was just curious.

just make your own bac water people its not hard,,
Say we grab some bags of SWFI from online dental suppliers, that’s should technically work as well correct? Just sans the benefits you detail here obviouslyIf you're going to make your own, then do yourself a favor and make Phosphate Buffer Saline (only the type using Water for Injection) and add USP Benzyl Alcohol.
This is the same buffer solution used in pharma pens for Tirz, Sema, and rHGH to maintain ideal PH 7.2-7.4. Not only is this physiological pH so injections are comfortable, it keeps these compound far
more stable, with less degradation and aggregation.
UGL GLPs and rHGH almost never include pH control excipients, and end up acidic 5-6 pH after reconstitution with BAC. Acidity damages these proteins and can cause injection site reactions.
Most peptides do best at this pH, but not all. Some are more stable when in a slightly acidic solution, so check the specific compound. But for all GLPs and rHGH this buffer solution will give you better results.
This is the cheapest PBS with Water for Injection I've found. Shipping is high but it's still not bad, esp if you buy a few bottles at a time.

100%just make your own bac water people its not hard,,
I know man ... Even the stupid sterile 30ml glass vials are just as expensive100%
I didn't even use fancy water, just sterile stuff from Amazon. Same for vials. The bubble boys would cringe. Thank god I have an immune system.
It's just that these pallets of Hospira are too cheap and convenient to resist but as soon as that ends, back to homemade.
You should wear a bubble suit, hair net, N95 mask in a sterile clean room. Then filter the BA, filter the sterile solution, and make your BAC in sterile vials. Then reconstitute and filter the peptide. Peak filtering. lol100%

The ph of Hospira is actually below 7.
I reckon it might be slightly different depending on batch but the range is in their docs.
pH: 4.5-7.0
Yeah, I measured it as 5.7.
Not ideal, and the reason for using PBS if someone cares enough to pursue the best they can make of UGL peptides.
As I said a few peptides are intended to be slightly acidic, and PBS would damage them, Hospira would be the way to go for them even if you go down the PBS route.
But Hospira is consistent, safer, and better than UGL or most of the crap on Amazon.
And even if someone doesn't give a crap about the pharma aspect of Hospira, it's the cheapest, easiest option by far, so still hard to resist.
It might be a good idea to ask Jano to check PH after he reconstitutes. It'll take him 3 seconds, and gives a clue as to whether there are buffer excipients. If we start checking, the UGLs might start paying attention to that aspect of formulation.
