Cheating in a diet

Hi, I've been on a no-fat-with-carbs diet for a week now. I've seen I should cheat sometimes. How many times a week ? During a whole day or just for a meal ? What's a cheating meal in such a diet (high caloric, lots of proteins, lots of fat, some carbs), is it mixing carbs and fat ?
 
I've read that your body will adapt to a diet after a week and it won't work as well as before. If you cheat, your body will get confused and not able to adapt.
 
If you are really diligent and truly putting yourself into Ketosis, you shoud be eating, pasta, bagels, cereal, all that type of stuff for a day. One neat thing is that you will fell your muscles swell up very comforabling. Its a neat felling
 
Even if youre not low carbing it, a refeed once a week or so (depending on your bodyfat level) will help out psychologically as well as metabolically.

I'm on a bulking diet, with carbs on some meals, and about 3600 cal for a BW of 191 lbs. I'm on gear hoping to get 13 lbs BW in 4 weeks (short cycle). But my bf is high : 20.7 %
 
Why am I bulking ? Because I'm far ferom my aim (270 lbs with less than 8 % bf). I never had any cutting diet. I just wanted to add more and more BW. I haven't been very successful, gaining only 76 lbs (from 124 lbs to 200 lbs) for 5ft 6 or 7. My bf increased too from 9 % to 20.7% (but I'm older too).
Now I go on bulking but I'd like to check fat.
 
At 5'6 and 270 you would look like the bottom half of a dutch door. :D

Personally, I would go about your goal by different means, but youve already gained 75 pounds and Im sure you could gain another 70. But 270 at 20% fat (assuming you dont add any more, which is unlikely) is only 216 pounds of lean mass, so youd really look more like Fat Bastard than Jay Cutler. At 270 and 8% you would be carrying around 249 pounds of LBM, an increase of 90 pounds of lean mass over your current stats.
 
I think you're right Frosty and Bob. That's why I started a diet that checks fat. But it may not be enough. I've entered my second week of a dia- cypio-deca cycle. I wouldn't be wise to cut now I suppose. Would it be wise to cut during my pct ? I suppose no. Therefore I'll have to wait a second cycle in 2 months.

you need to set a realistic goasl 270 pounds at 5'6 and under 8%body fat doesnt sound l;ike a realistic goal unless you have the bone structure of a gorilla which i seriously doubt seeing that you used to weigh 124lbs maybe 225-230 at less than 8% would be more realistic
