chicken livers?

Cutting up this month and doing away with most all carbs. Getting tired of the same old same old, chicken,tuna, etc.... Fried up some chicken livers in olive oil this past Sat. morning and liked the taste. I figured they were full of protein and would be a good occasional option when things get boring for the month. Just checking to see what everyone thought.
 
Chicken livers have the highest content of ariachiodonic acid in just about any food. This fatty acid shoulod have some bodybuilding aplication. Not sure about cutting but plenty of lifters use supplemental ariachiodonic acid for bulking. Liver in general is full of b-vits and aminos. Eat up!
