We're Ciraws. Things have changed a lot in 2020 so we decide to start a new thread.

Who are we?
We started this business in 2016, exporting raw aas.
I was a chemist so we've been looking for cooperation with big labs since 2016, by using my professional knowledge. (My project was tissue engineering, biochemistry)

Now, we successfully supply raws for a few of the best labs. They are famous but I cannot just tell you their brand names coz I need permission to do so. My apology.

Shipping:

To the USA:
America is the easiest country to ship to.
The success rate is almost 100%. But the P will mark your address once parcel seized by them. So We usually ask our customers to use a fake address and names.

To Australia:
The hardest country to ship to.
We cannot take this job.

To The UK:
We have a reshipper there.
Customers' address will be protected. The success rate is close to 100%.

To the EU:
We have a reshipper in there.
Customers' address will be protected. The success rate is close to 100%.

To Canada:
We have a reshipper there.
Customers' address will be protected. The success rate is close to 100%.

To other countries:
Pls contact me to talk about it.
One thing is for sure, we'll take your order only if we understand that we can get things done successfully.

The shipping time:
It is unstable to each country coz of COVID-19.

PS:
Safe shipping is the most important part of this business. You cannot be too careful about it.
After all these four years in this business, I think at least 80% of labs are busted for a parcel seizure.

Our shipping is safe. And that's the reason why people choose us.

That's not a product list thats a list of 4 generic categories that encompasses literally everything.

You need to post your full list of what you sell not just a generic list and "email us" or do a pastebin atleast. No products, no pricing.

- Do you receive products there and then ship? or are you just putting in orders to the labs you have connections with for that person and they basically drop ship for you.

You should probably also post what your domestic (CA/US) guys have on hand that's why paste bin is good to put in the original post.

For some extremely expensive staff, we don't stock them. Just like you said, keep the manufacturer in touch and ask them to ship when we need it. (You must be an experienced businessman. You gave me a sharp impression)

3. We don't do domestic unfortunately coz we found it hard to find a trustworthy shipper and warehouse keeper.

We do have reshipper in Canada, the USA, the UK, and the EU.
Our reshipper doesn't stock things for us. They just reship staff once they receive things.

You do realize it's the customers samples that are sent in that matter for results right? The ones you posted doesn't mean anything.
Also you might wanna post a price list out of convenience cause id look at the list but not even enough to email you.
