Yes. My account I'm using is clean no hiccups.
Just call them. They might have started to change there rules.?? If you need some coin to play with I can throw some your way. So you can get use to transferring coin.
So ive sent multiple emails and even tried calling today with no luck. The phone number under the help tab says est 10-4pm. When you call I got a Recording that says 10-2pm and nothing else. Not a very promising start to my bitcoin venture.

10-2? That's ridiculous. I've never had issue with that. The only times I've had to call them they were really helpful. Come to think of it, I think that was around noon est though.

The same thing just happened to me brother. If I go to click on add money it gives me the 3-5 day message as well. Not sure what's going on, but dont feel bad, you are not alone on this.
Thu are going to ask you to take a Picture of your id and a selfie and send it to them. No matter how good the pictures are they will say the quality is to poor and resend. They fucking suck.
That's crazy they don't have a standard policy because they never asked me for a photo.

I just deposited via Debit card it deducted it outta my account instantly but it says pending does it take a bit for it to go through.
