City of Grit's first go at powerlifting

Nothing wrong with that
Thanks brother!! I appreciate the encouragement!
Is this your first time actually squatting for weight? Dude I crumbled with 225 on my back my first month lmao. Embarrassing. 305 for reps is a great starting point. It should shoot up pretty regularly for a few months, I’m sure you’ll hit 4 plates in no time.
I am hoping so! You don't know how much I appreciate the support!

I have been doing strict press on deadlift days, I managed 125x3 keeping at it.

I have always heard push pressing was ano go but then thinking about it it will help anyways.
Well it's not like it a comp lift. Its an accessory. I was switching back and forth for a while. I like doing both, they each help in their own way. Honestly havent been doing much of either lately.
