In my opinion days like this are injury prone also. Good advice Worf.Sometimes it’s better to just save it for another day when feeling like that. If you aren’t at least 90% you gonna be struggling and or missing lifts and wondering wtf. Been there and it fucks with your head for a few weeks

Cant wait to see what that weight is in a month or two. Hit it nice and steady. Listen to your body. You got this.Tested squat...looks like 305 is my 5×5 goal... kinda pathetic but it's a starting point
Thank you @Oldschool! I am going to give this my all!Cant wait to see what that weight is in a month or two. Hit it nice and steady. Listen to your body. You got this.
Nothing wrong with thatTested squat...looks like 305 is my 5×5 goal... kinda pathetic but it's a starting point
Is this your first time actually squatting for weight? Dude I crumbled with 225 on my back my first month lmao. Embarrassing. 305 for reps is a great starting point. It should shoot up pretty regularly for a few months, I’m sure you’ll hit 4 plates in no time.Thank you @Oldschool! I am going to give this my all!
Thanks brother!! I appreciate the encouragement!Nothing wrong with that

135 lbs. 5×5 5 week goal for overhead strict press. I hope that increases lol ugh
I have been doing strict press on deadlift days, I managed 125x3 keeping at it.135 lbs. 5×5 5 week goal for overhead strict press. I hope that increases lol ugh
I have always heard push pressing was ano go but then thinking about it it will help anyways.Best way to increase the strict press, make it less strict. Give it a push
Well it's not like it a comp lift. Its an accessory. I was switching back and forth for a while. I like doing both, they each help in their own way. Honestly havent been doing much of either lately.I have been doing strict press on deadlift days, I managed 125x3 keeping at it.
