Clen and coffee/cardio

First I'd like to say hello to all you bros out there. I am new to the board and had a question. Both me and my girlfriend are gonna start using some Clen and hopefully shred a bit. I do alot of cardio as does she and drink 3 big coffees a day. I plan to start slow and see how I feel but should I ween myself of the java first and tone down or stop the cardio until I adjust to the jitters.
 
I would take the clen and do mild cardio until you are used to the sides. The jitters are not the problem for me its that my heart rate goes sky high when taking clen and doing cardio. The coffee is just going to make th sides of clen worse shakes, little paranoid, increased heart rate.

what up bro, welcome. i just started T3/ECA, and i was surprised to see the other day as I was on the treadmill, that my heart rate got up to 179!! I can't ever remember breaking 170 before...then I remembered the 2 40 ounce coffee's i had earlier that morning and it made more sense. On clen, you might want to curb your intake of stimulants until you get accustomed to the clen. IMO it's a good idea, just a thought. peace. crew.
 
Thanks. Thats good advice. Would you compare the effects of clen to say the old zenadrine/hydroxycut or alot stronger because I got used to those pretty quik with the coffee. I guess I'd rather cut back on cardio than dunkin donuts coffee. I'm doing this with my first cycle (Phreezers sticky). Im 5/11 220 and been working out for a couple years steady but age (36) is catching up with me and I've done my homework and feel comfortable with what Im gonna do.
 
Similar but not the same. I am on clen right now. Stats 240 5'11" maybe 12-15% bodyfat. Sides on clen first day or so bad headache, shakes, face is red, temp up, little paranoid. Like everyone at work can tell I am on something. Nothing I can handle. Just slowly increase your amount of clen. Soon to be trying DNP hope that sheds the fat even more.

bro- personally, (others may disagree) my heartrate is minamally affected with clen. this is why I like it . Eca limits my hunger and makes my heartrate go through the roof. The only cardio I could do is a slow walk on eca. Clen does increase my temp and the only visible signs of sides is when i try to lift a spoon or fork to my mouth- looks bad in public.............clen& cardio shouldnt b a big problem. Depending on your tolerance to caffine, a big strarbucks might add to the shakes.
