Clen only?

I want to lean out before I mass up. Can I do a Clen only cycle?
My stats are 5"6" about 153# and 15% B.F. I want to get the fat down to 10% before I start adding size. I like the lean mucle (Soccer) look better than the bb look. Any suggeestions would be appreciated.

For safety reasons why not just do a strong eca stack.(still got about 2 months to get it)Studies show clen really puts a beating on the heart muscles which i beleive are permanant.Dont get me wrong clen works if you like the shakes and total body cramp.If you do clen supplement with Taurine to prevent cramping.
Me personally will never do clen again.Rember its all about diet and cardio when leaning.

I have been doing the cardio and my diet is fairly clean. I hate cardio. I am so uncoordinated it's a joke. My wife taught cardio for years and I never could do it. I do Tae-Bo and the eliptical so I don't hurt anyone with a stray knee lift. I did the ECA stack for a while but it was tuff. I don't drink coffee so the cafeine was tuff to get used to. I have lost about 7lbs. recently on a hard cardio and diet routine. Now I'm stuck. What about DNP/t3 combo?

Tony,

First, let me say that DNP is an advanced drug which can actually kill you. Now, with that said I do think if it is used properly it is one of the safest drugs you can use. As for effective, there is a stack of clinical proof that no substance is more effective than DNP.

As for Clen only, I am not a huge fan of that....They call it Clen"jitter"all for a reason. If you are going to go through all the sides you might want to do it in the most effective means possible.

My expereince is that Clen is not a good fat loss drug by itself, it is complimentary to T3 but by itself I dont think it is going to do much.

Actually, I hope it was from overdosing......if it wasn't from that, it would mean there are other hidden dangers to DNP I didn't know about it. If you use correct dosages, it should be a safe supplement.

I go to the gym in the am before work there is a group of "natural"bodybuilders there that compete.
One guy had the balls to tell me if you cut up some you could compete.Can you imagine the nerve of that guy calling me fat.Heehee putting that aside.
I know the guy for awhile now and he told me about product called Redline its by VX I think.
Its sold legally online right now.I havent seen them since they told me about it so dont know much on it but they sware by it.
Clen though safe in short term in long term can do heart muscle damage its known for it.I have used clen from Liquid research great stuff they have to.I never had any problems but so many others have opted not to use it anymore.
I havent see the guy since than but interested in it myself.

thanks for all the responses. I will read more and go from there. I am leaning against the clen only route. or clen at all. Maybe just the ECA stack. It has made more jumpy and grumpy in the past. Just what the world needs.... me with an attitude, jumping around like I have palsy or something. ( no offense)
Should I lean out first or try to add more lean muscle first?
 
I still like the ECA stack the best, you can work out for hours and you dont want to eat nearly as much. just dose it right and not like a moron. and you needto do cardio in some form to lose weight, even if its just walking,running, or playing sports.

Liquid clenbutrx has alot of good fat burners in it.I have used it.Tastes like shit though but will fire you up.Most OTC sites carry it.
