Clen/T3/Test: calories & cardio?

Hi all, I very rarely post as there's so much good info here I don't have much to contribute and so I seek out more info to mooch off you.

If this belongs in another sub-forum please feel free to move (multiple topics so wasnt sure).

I am planning a 6 week clen/T3/test cycle (with finesteride for hair loss) and haven't found any details on what calorie deficit and frequency/duration of cardio. Would like to lose the most BF possible without losing much muscle.

Questions:
How low from you bmr do you take your calories?
Does that change on the weeks not on clen?
What frequency/duration/intensity of cardio?
Not really related, but have read mixed reviews of metaformin (thought to improve glucose/FA transport, was popular in the 90's but don't see much on it now) do any of you incorporate it?

I will be monitoring blood pressure and heart rate throughout.

I am in my late 30's 6'1" 237 between 12-14% bf. Want to drop to around 8% and then off for the rest of summer before a late fall mass cycle. I have some leg limitations from a motorcycle wreck years ago but do rowing, cycling, swimming and boxing along with a 3 day split in the gym.

How much test are you going to be running? Clen & T3 you really want to burn huh? Usually do around 2k calories. Mainly proteins and healthy fats. Frequency of cardio is everyday. Vary intensity. No metaformin 4 me. I just run clen never done both clen and T3. The diet/training is the deciding factor. Clen and T3 serve as an edge nothing more.

Test prop 100mg EOD, only need to drop about 15 lbs and should be able to do that in 6-10 weeks without the T3 but have it on hand and haven't experimented with it yet. Don't plan on going above 75 mcg, if both are too much I'll taper it down and run clen only. Eat pretty clean, but will be by the book when I get going. Might try a new diet plan as I haven't tried a few that I've read about recently.

If you run around 2k calories how many do you run when maintaining?
 
Around 3k-4k. Clen I run @ 100mcg. Don't do any taper or anything just straight 100mcg from the gate. I usually frontload it first day :D Has me BUZZZING as my receptors are fresh then too :) Use unisom sleep aid to help you sleep and keep receptors fresh.
