Clen is the safer option but DNP seems to be much more effective. They can both be safe if you have a good solid DNP source who is ensuring the dosage amount of each capsule or tablet is the correct dosage and that you do not take super high doses. Clen is less affective but safer, DNP is more effective and in most cases not as safe. Take you time, I would continue doing research and then come up with the best decision for you.
