Clenbuterol - did it work for you?

hello meso friends
In the next couple of days I will start the last week of my cycle and start with the clen pills; I've read about the side effects and I'm a bit concerned; so here a few questions:

Have you ever tried clean??? At what dose???

Did it work for you???

Did you experience bad sides or nah???

The shaking can be annoying but it definitely works. I see no reason to go over 100mcg a day because it's not the best thing for your heart. I did my clen pre-bed for a competition prep once and got insanely shredded!!! I guess it's because it was working while I was in a fasted state, but the trick is to do it RIGHT BEFORE BED!!! Not 20 min prior, not an hour prior, I mean the shit is next to your bed on the night stand rt before the head hits the pillow

Wasn't competing by any means, but yes! I got the best results when I would take it right as I fell asleep... Somehow felt so rested when I'd wake up too!

When I was doing this I wasn't sleeping that great anyways because I was dieting so hard so I didn't notice this, but it didn't hurt my sleep either. Doing it pre-bed was a HUGE DIFFERENCE in results though, that's for damn sure

This is interesting... how pre bed are we talking....? I had great success with clen, but even taking it at 7am, i had trouble falling asleep in the evening... granted i was also running tren...

It's the tren bro, I promise that!! We are talking like rt before your head hits the pillow to go to sleep. It'll rip you up to hell and back!!!

Im gonna have to try that... i take benadryl to sleep tho and have read mixed reviews... some say its fine to take the 2 together ... some say they counteract each other

Clen pre-bed??? I understand Clen is a heckin stimulant!!!! The advice coach gave me was to take it right after waking up in the morning to minimize the side effects
 
I know I can't believe what I'm reading right before bed? Why not take an ECA nightcap? Does clen work? With diet and cardio. Does clen work with out those two? Sure. You just won't see any changes.

Albuterol is generally safer and presents less side effects, but it really needs to be taken every 4 waking hours.
I did have two instances of severe nocturnal dyspnea on albuterol - scary stuff.
In any case, take a month off in between two week cycles. I would even try 15 days on, 45 days off.
 
Don't believe the hype abt using Benadryl to stay on clen past 2 wks

It's not hard to confirm that it works - just check your body temp. I've used ketotifen, which is supposed to upregulate your B2 receptors, and my temp remained elevated for 4 weeks on clen. Then again, it's stupid to take it for too long.

Clen makes me sleepy too, but so does most stims - I've got ADD.

Of course I'm doing my cardio and lifting hard, diet is low carb, high protein and good fats; I also noticed that after I started taking tamoxifen 20mg a day I am losing fat quicker and muscles getting more defined; let's see how this clen works for me :)
