Is there any benefit form using clenbuterol if your body fat is at 21 percent?

Of course there is but imo not worth at that level. It's much better to use something harsh like clen when you approach single digit bf.
Right now something more mild like eca would be better.
Ok, I'm gonna get crucified for saying this but at that percentage if you are set on drugs to expedite your fat loss then DNP is going to work the fastest but it's not 100% safe and I don't recommend using it.
Keto diet, cardio resistance training and maybe lipoteopic B12+MIC or an ECA stack.
Basically patience and hard work + a hell of a lot of self control.
I initially mentioned DNP, and I did that because in your weight loss research your going to learn about it and it's effectiveness is enticing...and yes, it works quickly and well but it's a serious fuckin compound that should not be taken with a flippant demeanor.
Good luck on your journey and keep the forum posted on your progress.
You make very compelling points. Food for thought (no pun intended).I cant say youre wrong, because your not lol.
I just think that guys with over 20% BF shouldnt take DNP.
Is it because it isnt effective under a certain percentage?
No, it's a great tool and would work exceptionally.
BUT
Those guys over 20% (Hes far over, unless a full body scan is done.... kind of like guys who tell me they're 10 without a six pack... everyone underestimates their BF%)
All it shows me is, he probably doesnt know how to eat.
If that's the case, the OP will go from fast to skinny... back to fat... repeating the process until they learn the basics of nutrition.
Above 15%, cuts are SOOO easy and honestly feel great. (I hate my life when trying to go below 15%)
THATS why I recomend sub 15% BF for Cutting drugs.
It's just that the person doesnt have the dedication or knowledge to lose the weight properly.
@Tiny Mighty Joe
I'm not trying to be an asshole, just realistic.
I dknt know you or your history, training etc.
You could be an ex BB for all I know... and you k ow how to eat etc... just taking a shortcut.
aim making generalizations because I've watched this happened a million times.
Good luck with whatever you choose brother.
