Hadn't seen this until last night. Slim cans like energy drinks that are coke zero mixed with coffee. I had a vanilla one and damn that thing was good!!! Great for them hard times on the diet

I bought two 4 packs of these... Had some in the fridge at my office and people thought I was weird. They're definitely good though!
I would have preferred the zero version but they only had singles of them at the store so I ended up getting the sugar ones, but they were still only 70cal I think.

Plus only 69mg caffeine. I needed something new to keep away from these energy drinks, prefer the flavor of these much better anyways

Oh, well, I am not diabetic, so I always thought artificial sweeteners played havoc with insulin and such. Ignorance on my part.

87 fasted blood glucose on 5 iu a day of hgh - highest it has ever been in my life.
Sometimes they do actually. You are correct, but it hasn't had an affect on me
I got back on the 45 min stairs daily in evening and that had really kept me lower lately.

Yah that's high bro. I'm 4iu/day and my morning glucose was 5.0 this morning, that's 50 down south I believe. How long was your night fast and do you ever check glucose level before you go to bed? Thanks

5, LOL! You'd be dead. We must be measuring on different scales. I am using mg/dL. The normal range is 65-99.
I see you mention "down south," so I guess in Canada they use a different measurement?
If your 5 translates to 50, you are still way low. I get dizzy in the 60s (feeling hypo).

87 is 4.8 on your scale, so my result is lower than yours (not high).
It's a 12 oz slim can I think. It may taste similar just doing the mix yourself, haven't tried yet.

so I bought one today because this thread, tasted just like a skinnier coke to me, tasted nothin special no coffee. might be good if you poured it in a coffee? iced I guess? but all I tasted was coke, prefer a bang or monster to these. Even if it was good they should make it bigger, to small an amount to even register to me. Maybe ill try to make my own coke coffee vanilla etc
