Combating Accutane sides.

So I'm on Accutane 40mg a day.
Shit is no joke dry face and lips and bloody noses.
Should I drop the dose to 20mg or just power threw at 40mg?
My acne is really bad and I decided I'm not gunna cycle untill I get it handled.
Is there any tips for lessening the bloody noses or do I just gotta suck it up.

On a side note if anyone want my Accutane source I'm willing to share. I think I spent like 150 for 200 caps of 20mg, pharm grade.

For anyone who cares, I dropped my dose from 40mg to 20mg 2 days ago and already my face much less chapped and I havn't had a bloody nose since I dropped the dose.

Been on Accutane 2 weeks and already my acne is a little bit more clear. Face still dry but barable.
I know I have a long way to go just thought I'd give an update.

Another update for anyone who cares, been on 20 mg accutane for a while now. Sides have become more barable but the acne is persistent.

Now only my lips are chapped, no more bloody noses, my face is still dry but not to the point where it's unbearable.

If 100% was my absolute worst my acne has ever been: My back, chest, and face has now cleared up to about 40% after 7 weeks.

I feel ya i had the same but it is part of it. If it's bad like you say id stay stick with 40mg if you can. Lotion for skin and like other dude said vaseline (i like aquaphor for this) in your nostrils and chapstick. Bout all you can do. Accutane can suck but it does work well in my experience. Ill look at your source if you wanna pm me. Hope it works out bro

Those sides are worth it for clear skin. I would power through if I were you. I would get incredibly dry skin and ridiculous dry lips where the layer of skin (Not sure what the lip is made of lol but I would shed stuff from my lips) would fall out of my lips. And I also got bloody nose

As you already know, I'm speculating that accutane has in some way ruined, for a lack of a better term, my endocrine system or negatively affected it. So not worth it for me. Hopefully it doesn't affect you like that. Not everyone experiences this. I have a twin brother and he's fine lol even tho he took accutane like me. Although I would like to mention I took it for two courses (two years). About 5 years spaced apart. Got a crazy break out again at 19 lol...

You're saying that vitamin b5 has the same effects as accutane? Can u provide clinical evidence or studies?
We discussed this year's ago here..
You can't start with ten grams like Wikipedia says because you will break out fast and get scares . .
I'm at work now I'll be back later

Ok brother first I don't waste my time with other peoples studies I'm all hands on :)
B5 AKA Pantothenic Acid works like Accutane without the side effects.. well not true about the sides I mean like I said if you take a large dose from the get go you will break out more and possibly get scars. .
I started with just one gram a day and within a few days I got these big ass pimples one in the middle of my chest and on right in the crack of my ass which hung around for maybe a couple days I can't remember how long it was in about 2012 when I was upstate NY ..
Now this is something that gets worse before it gets better..
Your body starts to digest the fat now that it has enough enzyme because of the B5 so you will break out more but then they all disappear . ;)

No joke man
I joke a lot but I am filled with a lot of information brother
47.. almost 47yrs worth
And I'll share every gram of it with this board :)

I never had an acne problem just a few times on gear over my left tricep would get small pimples.. a bunch of them and then a nice whitehead would appear on my face or chest..

I research the hell out of things I can't take my eyes off the computer or phone or book most the time if I'm really interested I'll read for hours I love reading and then I become the guinea pig I'll try pretty much anything

Update for any who care:

I've been on accutane for a few months now(started early feb) at 20mg per day pharm grade.

Bloody noses are few and far between, lips are still chapped but not so bad.
Most importantly my acne is better than 95% GONE.

I will continue my 20mg a day until I run out and then by enough raws to use along side my cycles for the rest of my life.

This shit has practical change my life I could not be happier and I wish I had acquired this knowledge sooner and saved myself years of having acne.
Literally there is not a person alive with acne that should not be on accutane.

Just started last week myself. How long do you plan to stay on? I was on before for a month and the acne stayed away but a month later came back. This time around at 40mg a day the acne got worse but is now clearing up

Till I run out bro.

I want to try and stay on for 6 months.
Then I will run it during my cycles and pct as preventative.

Running Accutane wo a physicians supervision, prob not a wise choice IMO.
