I was already prepping for a competiton while posting, i was just saying i wanted to compete next year. Why even make that reply to start shit.Wasn't it just this past Thursday you were saying you wanted to compete next year? Now, not even a week later you're 4wks out? Ppl generally give themselves more than 4wks to diet down to being stage ready.

Why would i lie on a website to people i will never see in real life or people i know.... Whats the point in that1) to ascertain if you're lying or not
2) to let you know if you were unaware that 4wks isn't enough time to prep for your first meet, especially without a coach
3) bc I can

Yes i am very aware and so is my coach.
And ok thats fair enough i just dont want too hear it when im an asshole when i reply back to than
Ok well being that i am new i wouldnt expect people on an online forum to try to impress each other so i guess im wrong1) you wouldn't be the first to lie and you certainly wouldn't be the last. As to why, I can't answer that. Apparently the truth doesn't set some ppl free or they think it doesn't.
2) good to knowing that and to having a coach.
3) I wasn't being an asshole to you simply questioning things that I found odd.
Thank you these are the replies i am looking forIf it's hunger related have you tried munching on low cal veggies before bed to fill your stomach? Or maybe try shifting your last few meals later in the day so more of your food is closer to bedtime. Other than that I don't compete in aesthetics only powerlifting so my help is limited. Maybe try some OTC sleep, products for the really bad days
Smoke a rather large blunt.
I believe your body adapts to the changes and a lot less sleep is needed to feel rejuvenated.Hey, im currently 4 weeks out & im having a lot of trouble sleeping even when i feel so tired. the 100% reason i already know is because im so hungry. Does anyone who competes have any advice?
