Constant crash outs

Well it seems as though I keep getting so sleepy all the time..

I train 5 days per week 4 push/pulls/legs mixed up for the 5 days.

I use:
Trt .5 every 3.5 days 100 weekly
2iu hgh before bed
Retatrutide 4mg spilt 2 x weekly
Mots c 50 2 x per week

I eat well, 4 times per day calories counted, proper macros to my age and mass.

Supplements are on key as well with exception of Valarien root which I stopped using.

At night I use 2 Trazadone for sleeping, plus Zinc, black seed oil, magnesium bi-ycinate

I can't figure out for the life of me what's bringing on all this daytime tiredness, like every 3 hrs I just simply hit sleep mode, stop and snooze for 30mins then am OK again..

Would my test be to low causing this or is it the reta ?
