Not even normal workouts, just moving some weight on all the muscles to deplete glycogen. No need to be super intense like a real workout. The goal is not to grow muscles here (too late for that). You are just depleting glycogen while also not ingesting enough carbs to refill. This should also cause water to drop.
End result = stringy looking, awful look.
