Cooking Fish

how do you guys cook your fish? I hate cooking fresh fish because it stinks up the entire house for days so I don't eat it as often as I should (in fact I rarely eat it, except for frozen). So what do you guys do?

My wife has an electric skillet and another electric pan. She cooks it out in the pool cage. No stink. You can use a grill as well.

There's not much getting around the smell. It is what it is. But pan seared tuna steaks are my favorite. Throw them on a bed of raw spinach and drizzle with a mix of low sodium soy sauce mixed with white wine vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, and shredded ginger root. You'll thank me later.

Very nice.

I usuLly just buy frozen salmon fillets, bake em with garlic, onions, butter, and whatever seasoning im in the mood for.

Smell never really bothers me, i grew up fishing and swimmin in the ocean so honestly cooking fish is a happy and nostalgic smell for me haha
