my natural test levels are shit. I tried tons of stuff over the years to raise them but they are just around 350ng/dl, I wasn't even gonna bother with a PCT and was just gonna go to trt straight afterIf you don’t plan to go straight to trt afterwards then no that’s a bad idea if you wanna try to recover your natural test levels.
Secondly the reason most people suggest 10 to 16 weeks for cycle duration has much to do with diminishing returns after the 10th week. That magical period starting around week 4 starts to taper off around week 10 for me on longer cycles. The thinking has always been, why keep running your body into the ground if the results don’t warrant it so take what you got and come back in 3 months and start again.
There could be a lot of reasons for low testosterone levels that are not permanent.my natural test levels are shit. I tried tons of stuff over the years to raise them but they are just around 350ng/dl, I wasn't even gonna bother with a PCT and was just gonna go to trt straight after
I did my first cycle I did 16 weeks if I'm not mistaken with 500/week text only, as some say 6-8 weeks... In this time you won't see much change Imagine that in the first two weeks only the body gets used to the exogenous testo and in the meantime that change and then until you have an anabolic charge in the body takes time so I gained 8kg in volume but after 4 months the next one will do the sameCould I do 24-30weeks on low-moderate doses to milk out progress over a longer period of time?
I tought about starting Test and some other compound on top of it. I was thinking either S4 or Anavar. Which of these would be the safest to run for long and will give me decent results?
S4 would not impact my liver but could give me vision problems, Anavar would work well but would mess up my lipids and could cause more hair loss. I tought about HGH but at the moment it's a bit too expensive for me (less than 3IU x day seems useless as it would be only a replacement dose, I could affort 3-4IU but it would dig a hole in my wallet and MK677 is out of the question as I do not want to deal with the increased appetite)
I would have started with 200 Test x 8-10weeks, then 8-10weeks at 300 and 8-10weeks at 400, along some other compound (and an AI if my estrogen gets too high)
I also tought about AC262 as it seems to be a very mild and relatively safe SARM but I can't find a decent source for it.
mine have always been low.I got multiple bloodwork troughout the years and it has never been over 400ng/dl, even when I was in my teens. There could be a lot of reasons for low testosterone levels that are not permanent.
just take the TRT, you got one life. just do more research so you dont end up with side effects . keep your estrogen controlled and get a lot of bloodwork and dont mess with anything except testosteronemine have always been low.I got multiple bloodwork troughout the years and it has never been over 400ng/dl, even when I was in my teens.
My sleep has alwayn been good and my diet is very micronutrient dense (large amounts of red meat, organ meats, eggs, fatty fish and fruit). I tried a bunch of supplements as well (omega 3, ashwaganda, vitaminD3, etc) but they didn't do much.
Vitamin D did help with general well being tho so I'm still taking it.
