its easy, go to http://www.evocash.com, click new account, then follow the steps.....once youve created your account, click fund your account....you can use western union, moneygram, mail in money orders or use a credit card, if you need any help PM me

I personally like funding it using a overnighting a money order. It's fast, easy, and comapred some the other options its alot cheaper.

WU fees are retarded...hate WU...never used a CC either, always just mail in a MO
