Knocking on wood no estro issues felt yet. Not using any AI or Serm at this point. Definitely feel somewhat stronger, some headaches and lethargy but nothing I can handle. Appetite seems to be diminishing ever so slightly. BP checked this morning 120/73 with a HR of 77

And start of 4th week wouldnt ya know I get a fucking bad cold. Sore throat, runny nose, and a chest cough. That said no gym today, I am gonna play it day by day and hopefully only skip a day or two and get over this fucking cold.

If it’s contagious I wouldn’t go but I usually try to get a walk in when I’m sick so my body doesn’t completely shut down. It also seems to keep my thirst up so I’m pounding more fluids.

Yeah I am drinking lots of fluids, still trying to eat and so far so good. Not a bad idea go for a walk later. Pounding the vitamin C and B see if I can make short work of this.
 
Fuck this cold kicked the crap out of me. Feeling much better this morning. It kinda blew a hole in week 6 of Creeping Death so I am for the rest of the week going to change it up some and call it a deload week.

Tomorrow will be chest and shoulders, Friday back, Saturday Bi and Tri, and Sunday legs.

Monday will be start of week 6 of the program. Also will be week 4 on drol and will up it to 100mg per day for the last week of the kick start.

Loving it so far. Been running it at 75mg for the last 2 weeks. Upping it tomorrow to 100mg for the next 10 days then cycle off for 4 weeks and back on it at 100mg for the final 4 weeks of my blast.

Not any major sides yet. A little acid reflux at night, some light headaches, a little lethargic at times, appetite is mostly good but do have days tough to eat.

The good, strength up, focus in gym great, 12.5 lbs in 2 weeks on it.

Wishing I didn't get a cold this week but only set me back 3 days.

Dude life has just been crazy. Definitely didn’t utilize this blast well so I called it short. Was no point man my nutrition wasn’t where it needs to be and I wasn’t training like I know I need to train and should be training so I’m going to take time to cruise and get life back in order before I blast again. But, when I do it’s definitely going to be just test and anadrol. I love it for real.

Crazy ass painful shoulder pumps this past week
 
Weigh in this morning up about another 4lbs this week, for a total weight increase of about 14lbs in 4 weeks. The gain hasn't been linear, 8lbs then 2lbs then 4lbs.

Also did measurements and like I have said in the past they are subjective especially doing them yourself. Have had people notice the increased size. I have noticed my shoulders filling out, arms are bigger.

I am only starting week 5 on 600mg test, and week 4 on anadrol. The anadrol dosing went as follows. Wk 1 50mg per day, week 2 and most of week 3 75mg per day, however jumped to 100mg a day 4 days into week 3 and will finish the kick start at 100mg. Pushed up to 100mg as I wasn't having any harsh sides and wanting to test my tolerance of anadrol at different doses as it's my first run with it. Overall very happy running anadrol.

Plan for rest of blast. Continue running test at 600mg for the next 9 weeks. 1 week left at 100mg anadrol then will drop it. No orals until week 10 then will start back up on anadrol at 75mg first week and finish the last 3 weeks of my blast at 100mg.
 
Felt a little off today, little less sleep last night, plus still not quite over this cold.
