@btcobowy been following your log. Impressive. I like Meadows programming too. Did you get the dizziness when laying down resolved? I've had bouts with it before too. Always on bench for some reason.

Yeah as it did the past the dizziness just went away on it's own after a week or so. When it kicked in this time I was doing dumbell pullovers with a 75lb dumbell over my face when the dizziness kicked in, could have been bad lol...
 
Oof, teeth would be gone. I've run Gama Bomb through once and am running it again now. I feel like it's one of the easier programs. Kind of like a break while still making gains lol.

Back up to 100mg drol per day as of yesterday.

Got to pick a program to finish blast, transition to maintenance and then cut. Thinking about a couple of Meadows 6 week programs as a good transition.
 
Strong rack pulls. Wish drol didn't make me so tired, seems to work well for a lot of people.
Thanks I like the rack pull but cant negate traditional deads.

I get lethargic on it but I work out in am so gym is out of the way before I feel lethargic. I only get the lethargy at the higher doses, thankfully it's only for 4 weeks. The strength fro the drol is amazing. A good compound if you can run it.
