Nice man.

I’m entertaining gh 2 iu a day and bumping my test up to a modest 300mg. Still researching gh and autoimmune though.

I can’t believe your strength gains compared to the beginning.

Can’t wait to see pics when your ready

What does your macros/calories look like during your blast? What is your body weight and bf percentage??

I did post a back pic pre blast and mid blast somewhere in the log. Not sure if you remember where I started and said at 184 I didn't want to post pics due to carrying in belly even at 14%?

This blast was approx, 4k cals, 350 prot, 450 carb, 100 fat. As the weight went up so did my calories but had a hard time eating that much. Started eating ice cream, peanut butter, and the odd dinner out to help with the calories and started putting on more fat than I wanted. BF is high now but with a long cut i think by next summer should be good. Started this last blast at 202lbs ended at 225.

Thought about GH myself just haven't read enough, not have the cash for it.

Was out training with a group I volunteer with last night and got home about 1am. That said no way I was getting up atvl 3am to go workout.

To be honest I am beat up and tired as fuck right now and have been for a little over a week now. So with that and being out most of last night I think this week is going to change a bit as far as training goes.

I will do 4 days at the gym. 1 chest day, 1 back day, 1 leg day, 1 shoulder and arm day. I will deload the weight to about 70%, keep rep ranges in the 8-10 range for bigger muscle groups, 12-15 arms and shoulders. Cardio willnben3 30 min or so sessions.

Intent to recover a bit more and then start week 3 of the Gauntlet next week..

Due to feeling crappy and beating the crap out of myself last blast, I am gonna take the week off lifting and back at it on Monday.i just cant get up at 3am this week for some reason.

Still doing the cardio though as I need to get it up and better.
2.6 mile walk/sprint 38 minutes.

3.2 miles 42 mins.

I am not a runner and have no intention of being a runner... I just want to get cardio in good shape and drop the BF..... got to be careful, Achilles tendon and shins sore, and I dont want to interfere with lifting lol.

Yes, it does. If I'm being honest my body doesn't like doing a lot of things. Sitting for long periods, putting my shoes on, climbing in and out of a truck.
skipping meals or going more than 4 hours w/o eating, getting less than 7 hours of sleep, not drinking enough water. Im so used to eating a certain way and trying to be healthy that if I even deviate a little from it my body complains.

Same here to all that. Less than seven hours sleep I'll have a headache all day and my appetite takes a hit. Deviating too much from normal meal times or too far off normal foods my stomach bloats up like crazy. Not enough water get a headache.

@Worf @Perrin Aybara how old are you two? Just turned 45 here.

I'll be 36 in a few months. Not too old yet, but feeling the effects for the first time in recent years. Getting ready for this meet I'm feeling it hard right w now. I'm guessing @Worf is, too.

I am pretty regimented on bed time, time up, meals and meal times... so much so I piss the wife off all the time. But there is a method to our madness. Your right to much a deviation it has some consequence.
