I’m entertaining gh 2 iu a day and bumping my test up to a modest 300mg. Still researching gh and autoimmune though.

I hear ya there..... I have an exercise bike at home. Use it for shitty weather. I like my walks but have a hard time holding back and not at lasting sprinting off and on.Yeah, my knees and shins don't like running. If I'm doing cardio it's low impact stuff like a bicycle.

I am pretty regimented on bed time, time up, meals and meal times... so much so I piss the wife off all the time. But there is a method to our madness.
