Thanks and me too, hurts to flex it a little, not unbearable some heat and ice should be good as long as I don't aggravate it this weekend... have physio tomorrow see if he can work on it.
First time with Halo this am. I have enough for 20mg every amrap or peak day through prep, and 30mg for meet with 30mg to spare so will need to keep at 20mg for prep can run 60 at meet

Bodyweight is a crazy thing...
Last week jumped 5lbs and was 217.5 and worried about gaining too much. This week I dropped 3lbs and am 214.5 which is 2lbs heavier than 2 weeks ago, which would make the gain perfect lol and leaving me 6lbs to gain in 8 weeks which sounds perfect

Sometimes the fluctuations are pretty wild.
I'm down to 234 right now.
Was 240 last week and I've been eating like a pig (Junk) this whole time, since I only have 1 week before my cut.

Dont ask me why I'm losing weight on a junk food frenzy lol

Lol I like bulking and not worrying what number I need.... and usually do my bulks that way so I can enjoy some treats. Weird dropping weight on that lol.

Been trying hard to keep food clean, I have pretty much, and I have 1 night a week we eat out and even then try to be conscious what I order...

13 week prep and 13 lbs to gain is what I faced at the start of this. 8 weeks out and 6lbs to gain...

For me that would be really difficult
I would have to resort to unclean foods to make that happened.
My body says "Fuck you" at 240 and will only recomp, and will refuse to grow past that number.

Yeah thanks, looks good right now.. so no complaints... i dont think i ever got over 227 on my biggest blast not for lack of trying. Jars of Peanut Butter became my friends lol...
