The majority of our population is in one or two provinces and our government has shiet the bed as far as controlling this thing.. not to mention the lack of vaccinations going on..
Well government is incompetent everywhere because they don’t have the public’s best interest in mind, only their own or getting re elected. I think this thing would been no different without the lockdowns and all the fallout from that has been worse for many families than the actual virus. They predicted that over 20 million people in the US would die in the span of 30 days last year to justify lock downs. COVID has yet to affect 10% of the population here by actual transmission and that’s since 2019. However people are still hung up on what the cdc or WHO says. The media has been a propaganda machine and the government has been either tyrannical or incompetent. Eventually it’ll be just another thing we have to deal with like the flu or any other viral infection. They lied and lied and cheated and stole and it can’t be forgiven
 
Apparently they are offering to continue with my meet in November or switch to nationals but no garauntee as forst come first serve. The issue, I have a qualifying total in my gym but nothing on the platform so cant lol...
 
Well not what you all wanted to hear but going to deload this week, dropping orals and dropping to trt dose. Have GP appt this Friday see if he can start helping me with the arm tendons.

We are going to rework program to focus on squat and get my squat where it needs to be. I will for now play with my nutrition to attempt to maintain weight and hopefully be able to maintain or even build up strength. Will start cycle again end of August, and depending in discussions with Perrin maybe do a 10 week prep in Sept as opposed to 13, the volume got me near the end lol..

Looked at a meet in Wash State in June but dont believe I can cross border right now or in June for that matter. If I only had my total from a meet I would do Nationals in June but this was to be my first meet.

Fuck me 5 weeks out too and had just worked through a mental block lol FML.

Texas would have a better chance of me getting work and sponsored to run from here... plus lots of PL in Texas
Texas is a powerlifting Mecca. THSPA, USAPL,USPA, RPS, WRPF, APF, Big meets, tons of gyms. The powerlifting culture is for sure big here. Ohio is another one that has big power lifting culture.

Picked up some chains today

2x5ft 5/8 chain 3.6lbs/ft
2x5ft 3/16 chain .4lbs/ft
Plus snaps just 100 bucks 41lbs to work with.. will weigh it to get real weight
 
I’ve had good success with the weightlifting chains from Titan. It’s junk chain can’t use it for much else. I think each pair of 3/4” x6’ (doubled up is 3’) were $100. Works great and you can hang some extra on the floor to decrease the weights

Yeah mines cheap chain too grade 30 used for mooring. Will do the trick
