I have both kidney and gall stones lucky me.
Thanks training going good, some knee pain squatting but went away after. Hands feel fine, shoulder a little aggravated after floor press but getting better..

I was gonna ask whats the idea for next week?
Probably go a bit lighter on bench, get you some more volume there. Let that shoulder take it easy. Same with squats, need to get you some wheels, probably be some higher rep stuff. A little heavier on deadlift depending on feed back from this week

If your shoulders are still hurting Saturday you can skip wide grip bench and sub in some tempo push ups and maybe 3x10 on skull crushers. You have an ez bar right? Are the handles removable on your SSB?
I do have EZ bar and the SSB is a cheap piece of crap so no they don't come off

If that’s the case then I’d definitely have to change some things up in my recommend training. You think you can ohp? I strongly advise against low bar squatting if you’re experiencing elbow or bicep tendon issues. Worst part about powerlifting is always having some body part fucking hurt, I don’t want to coerce you into something that’s gona make it worse. Will squats aggravate it? Rowing movements? Anything else?

I would skip low bar and do high, Front or SSB. OHP is fine and so would rowing... Ibuprofen pwo good to go

You don’t have chains from what I remember. Do you have any pairs of bands that you can use as resistance with the barbells?

No I need to pick up some bands.. i got 1 cheap Walmart band I use for triceps and facepulls but its starting to break...
What would one order for a decent set of bands? Chains to I can go buy a couple sets of certain feet if I have to

Rogue and elite FTS sell them in sets. Be on the look out for some. Probably hard to get with all the quarantine stuff. I really wouldn’t bother with chains, unless you can get them for free. Even junk chains designed just for weightlifting are about $200 for 2 pairs, you also need various straps and clips/hooks. Ends up costing about $300 with everything for about 100-120 lbs

I just purchased a nice set from Rogue. Echo bands I believe. I will double check and let you know for sure. I love them. The resistance is so different. You can also use them for increasing mobility in your shoulders. Check out Kelly Starrets videos on shoulder mobility. They will make your shoulders feel like new. At least they work for me.

Rogue has some no sets but some singles that can buy in pairs...not sure which ones to buy... also need to set up homemade pegs on rack
