The training is suffering this week as well.
Sick last week missed 2 sessions. After working out Monday the cold/flu came back again. Plus dealing with all these appts for firefighting is eating up time too.

Planning on press day tomorrow and legs and pull either friday or Saturday hopefully

Doing squats after deadlifts is no joke. My knees definitely take a beating from sumo too man.

Yeah, that's something I don't do anymore. Going to squats after deadlift is much harder than vice versa. The low back fatigue from doing deadlift before squats is too much for me.

I don't really ever have much in the way of knee problems from sumo deadlift though. Bothers my hips more than anything.
 
Think it's still low, what I have noticed is I cant get my wrists straight no matter what 8 try lol....

I don't think that would matter much in terms of hurting your elbows. You might be like me and just can't low bar with your current level of mobility without hurting your elbows
 
Ya know all this shit started when I went to th TMX4, maybe until i get better at PL I should just got back to 531, I dunno.... I really like PL but after BB it's a tough way to lift. Kudos to you almost elite and elite brothers.
