Taking now, all but magnesium, see how it goes
Give it a bit to start working. 2-4 weeks. If you still have problems get the topical magnesium and spray on the site. All these things are supplements are just that, a supplement. Not really a cure, but if your joints hurt like mine, a 50% reduction in pain is worth it. I’ve probably got 40-45 years worth of mileage on my 34 year old body and any help is welcome relief imo.

Anything will help for sure. I dont think it's just joints though. Pain from shoulders to wrists. I can press where the tricep meets the bicep and it hurts like hell. Its seems to be acute right now as pain subsides with time, ice and ibuprofen. Looking at cost of active release therapy, if cheap enough and I have the extra cash will look into it as well

Try one of those massage guns, live @NovaFlex . There has to be something wrong with you bench grip or squat grip if that’s happening

2 years no barbell pressing and no issues. So you may be right there, started when I I started BB pressing and low bar. I have eliminated low bar some will see if it gets better, if not it could be my Bb press

Try changing your grip on low bar , really helps me
I tried a couple different spots, the torque on elbow causes it I believe. High bar for now until it's better. Squatted high bar Monday no issues and a little flare up after bench.

Not sure my issue in bench grip maybe just bad shoulders I dunno. Suffer through but got watch I need my arms for work. Try a few different things and see what I can work out.

Not hand placement, actually adjust finger position. If you haven’t already.

Eliminate Shoulder Discomfort In Seconds With This Squatting Tip - BarBend

Might need a translator for this guy but has the best visual instructions

Great visual but may or may not work for you

Thanks, I will watch these this morning. Workout today is bench intensity and squat volume. I will set up low bar and get a video of my set up but wont squat it, I will switch back to high bar. I dont bench heavy compared to you folks but its all relative right? I will, if I can get a video with no face try on bench as well. I have for the last week or so been thinking it's the bench creating havoc, but because I was low bar too I cant pin it on one or the other. Eliminated low bar a week ago so if I heal up that was it, if not need to look at bench. I was all DB bench on BB splits with no issues and all high bar.

It absolutely is relative. Perrins 70% is my max . If I had elbow problems and couldn’t just go hit a bunch of 90% singles which would be above 300, that’s probably rehab weight for Perrin. I never really had elbow or shoulder problems until I started messing with low bar. Messing with my grip, hand position, finger position, wrist wraps, etc resolved it pretty quick once I found the right combination.

Bicep tendon felt fine after benching seems squats flare it up

I was thinking it was bar placement being on your wrists, but your placement looks fine... question: when you press heavy, do you feel like your tendons are twitching inside your arms? If you do, you’ll know exactly what I mean—if not, it may sound weird. It almost sounds like your tendons aren’t used to the pressing volume/load. I know at least for me, it took a long time to build tendon strength (and I still am)... that may be your issue. When I first came back to the gym, pressing 235 had me laid up all night cos my arms felt like they were on fire.
