CPAP MACHINE

I'm licking my chops with anticipation.
It’s happening right now. Your opsec is broken. Although you change your handle/ get banned your new handle will always go back to sworder because you are an idiot. I will make sure of it. Lol. I’m here all day for you my little inbred fool.

You won't like the full face mask at all. The problem is the head generates a tremendous amount of heat, you'll be dying under there.

Get yourself a high quality nasal piece and you'll be much happier long term.

What you'll get sick of is cleaning it all the time, you'll burn out using it and instead take my advice, lose the belly and start meditating before you go to bed to mellow out.

Might you also try letting your wife massage your prostate with a strap-on before you go to sleep as well.

Lol. What would you know about a wife? Only person touching your prostate was your father. Or was that your stepdad?

Dream wear full face mask kit for the win, you can sleep in any position with it. Fuck the nasal only, could never get used to that son of a bitch and would wake up to it on the floor blowing air almost every morning (I guess I was ripping it off in my sleep)

I'm gonna check this out. I hate not being able to sleep how I want. I'm currently using the F&P Vitera. It's alright, doesn't leak around the nose like the last model did but it's also bulkier. It does start leaking when I sleep on my back and it really gets cranking up to over 14cm/H2O.

I back up a second to cut the shit....

Hi @Oldschool, long time.... - if you ignore the rest just see this first paragraph. BE CAREFULL WHERE YOU SET YOU PRESSURES. The KEY is to have it set high enough to breathe, but AS LOW AS POSSIBLE so that your lungs can still collapse out and expel all the CO2 (MANY FOLKS Do NOT UNDERSTAND THIS AND THE DOCS WONT SAY IT - the secret simplicity to their "specialty").... A lot of folks try to "tweak their settings to make the machine breathe for them", and wind up getting stuck with a lot of CO2 that does not get expelled. That's a bad situation... It's exactly the scenario that would have a fellow waking up with high BP & Heart Rate stats and STILL feeling beaten in his sleep. There's a one or two OTHER settings that apply to this also which have to do with how easily it lets you exhale. Just keep that in mind... I WILL turn my basic pressure settings UP as high as 13 -15 when I have a cold or sinus infection... Otherwise I am 9-12 as my main mode. Just set the high and low about 2-3 digits apart/ as to how much it can ramp up if you need (this is the "auto" function) don't let the terminology get you thinking there's some fancy magic going on... Most are fine with a range of 10-13 tops . If you go much higher than this you will need a full face to keep it from leaking out... (8-10 is the low end starter they will set most people to right out of the clinic). They even set me there after testing out at over 40 episodes per hour... But that was also a lighter body weight than I have been carrying... If you have a RESMED Series 10 or 11 it may even have a mode you can put it in that will enable it to SELF-DETERMINE what you need. Personally, I would not risk that possible all-night torture session...

@Oldschool - How's the sleep machine working out for you..? I caught up with this post first I have not been around a while. You did good getting the RESMED. I was started on Phillips RESPIRONICS and what a nightmare. I had started reading around Apnea forums and seeing where people were saying their RESMEDs were approaching 10 years old "so they thought they would get a new one".. I was like WTF, my Phillips only lasts 2 years.. Oddly and just because someone shuved a Phillips down my throat I was still scared to make the switch even though the Phillips only lasted like 1-2 years before having problems... I was scared to make the swap but my reseller switched so I had to, and I am here to say you got the best..

On the mask situation, you want the SWIFT FX.. (It is a nasal pillow, but the right one). They also last forever. You don't really want all the shit, straps, mask junk, on yer face. This is all you need....(AND I MEAN THIS ONE/ many look similar/ they are NOT the same)

Lastly, and considering their are I think over 150 formal TYPES of SLEEP APNEA diagnoses... Some they call "Brain related", some they call "Obstructive throat tissue". But really its all brain because what is the difference if your mind can keep your airway open when awake, and with no problems. Right?? There is also a middle ground that confuses the mind/brain as a situation where our lower jaws grow forward as we age (and grow), and then at night when we sleep and attempt to make a normal occlusion (Bite), it forces our lower jaw back and blocks the throat. This is so common that this is the reason someone made the mouth splint for this condition. I have not tried it but I am tempted. NEGATIVES - They cost a lot and their is always the risk of fuking up yer Temporal Mandible Joint whenever you use any kind of Dental Splint.

Still, it is hard to imagine anyone having a real sleep apnea issue if they are simply complaining about waking up tired. SO DO CONSIDER YOUR SUPPLEMENTS. I absolutely can not breath without my machine. The second I doze off, I stop inhaling its a damnB nightmare... Also consider you are taking a risk adding exogenous hormones to your diet as they greatly increase the risk of growing yer throat more closed.. and yer jaw more forward....o_O As did with me and deca... At least I thought, but now I am wondering if spinal bone spurs are causing CNS signaling disruption around c3-c5 are the real actual cause of the issue. I really do...

It sounds to me like you get too jacked up big juiced up and need some temp help. Nothing wrong with that. This is WHAT we are about - RIGHT?!?! For me, I still breath WAAY easier down around 240lbs, as opposed to 300lbs... Last time I saw as low as 250lbs a couple years ago I snored a lot, but did not really require the machine...

@Boss hog - On that stuffiness, you might be used to a dry climate. You can turn yer humidifier settings up or down in the settings menu as well. Also don't ever let it run out of water it will cook the glue(Resmed) or rubber seal(Phillips) and you will inhale that shit and wake up with a fuked up scenario.... BUT FYI, testing scenarios suggest that there are no particulates uptaked with the evaporated water vapor during normal operation, so whatever the source should be ok. But if you are using TAP water (or any water) you STILL MUST be sure to clean the water box out regularly, because imagine you are evaporating down particulate every single time you refill it and thus creating a stronger and stronger solution of whatever is in yer water. And I am pretty sure their studies do not consider never cleaning it out. Hence, a strong enough solution of chlorine and other particulate in there over time can and will most likely lead to a nasty breath of poison fumes. FUMES can and will be created by a heat source which is the hot tray the water rests on... FUMES are an additional consideration to normal vaporization of inert water... Just saying check all yer conditions before you go dosing up on anti-histamines for no good reason...

*** To clean the water box, soak with vinegar. Then flush with hydrogen peroxide.. (Peroxide may indeed release oxygen when heated/ no while I am crazy I have not experimented with loading a mixed water batch.. LOL) Allz I am saying is I dont go to any trouble to clear residual peroxide out of the box after cleaning

@amtont - Be wary of the "CPAP FORUMS" as with all forums -take with grain of salt. There TONS of ASSHOLES running around there who are providers or working for manufacturers camouflaged to look like Jo-Blo and tow the company lines. Most of them are just DME's (Durable Medical Equipment Providers/ who you buy from) running around there with a GOD Complex and the first sign of that is when they disclaim "We are not the DME"... LOL To my recollection, that one you found is decent IMHO... Just be aware that some of the CUNTS Running round there will just flat out intentionally lie to you for various reason. Some of their reasoning making zero sense nor sane...
