I need serious help with my bloodwork.
I started my 2nd cycle of Test E 300mg per week, 1 month ago and ever since I am feeling very strange.
After my 3rd injection I started to experience low grade fever (37.3c), (99.14f).
I went to the hospital to check if I had an injection and explained my situation to the doctor.
He sent me to get blood and urine analysis and did an ECG. My blood work shows I have a CRP of 3.62 mg/dl,
WBC of 11.2 (end of ref range is 11) and low Eosinophils. My hormonal bloodwork shows Test at 1745 and E2 at 82.6.
My urine analysis shows no bacteria present.
They said I had no infection and they didn't add anything to the situation.
Nurse said I have a really high CRP and the doctor just replied that it's hormones and that I shouldn't be too concerned and recheck in a month or so.
I went home and started AI at 0.5 arimidex e3d to lower E2. ( I am a hyper aromatizer )
Well its been a few weeks since then and I'm still feeling very ill. I get a low grade fever everyday after I train, I feel very dizzy and dehydrated. My blood pressure peaks at 13.7 and 9.5 and my resting heart rate is 100-110.
I don't know what to do since if I stop and pct I will have done this all for nothing but I really don't wanna get a heart attack/stroke in my sleep. I'm feeling very tired and sleep 12 hours a day for weeks now and even that won't cure the fatigue i'm experiencing.
My hematocrit is in range ( low end ).
Today I did more bloodwork to see where my E2 is.
Do I just stop and pct? Why is this happening?

Are you still pinning? Are you using same gear? The gear may be bad

I would hardly call that a fever. Regardless, everytime I see this shit it's always Test E.

Crp is not related to the hormones but the PIP associated with it
Find a new source that can send you a bottle of test c within days imo.

Tbh, the doctor would blame it on the gear/hormones and not waste his time. Rather take care of people with an actual infection.

First of all thank you for your quick answers, yes I thought it might be the Test E, because I saw other people complain about it as well. I already ordered 2 test vials of C with a different carrier oil than the one i'm using. I am gonna keep pinning this till the new one arrives. I pray that's the issue.

I truly think it is. good luck brother!

My normal temperature evening to night is around 37 for years since I use steroids.

If you feel shitty ,with the pip
And maybe some flu feelings I would change the lab.

I think the above posts are onto something with the Test E. My first thought entering this was DHB given the harsh solvents sometimes used, but Test E has been a shitshow from a lot of batches from a lot of sources. It’s systemic from a lot of the raws going out right now. Are you experiencing a shit ton of PIP or redness or swelling? Because that’s a common side effect, and one I’d expect to see in this instance.

Either way, swap out the E for C.

Yes i'm experiencing PIP and swelling like an angry horse kicked me as hard as possible.

Edit: I will report if this continues the moment i get my hands on Cyp

Test came in at 1961 and E2 at 26.
My problems are definitely not E2 related.
So i'm sticking with the Test E theory and waiting on Cyp

Update: Test cyp has 0 pip and I'm already starting to feel better. Fuck Test E. Fever stopped and I can actually function.

Any more info about how the test e raws may cause this ?

I’ve been noticing a trend of my CRP staying elevated and I haven’t been able to isolate it until seeing this thread- I do use Test E.

My CRP has been 6.3-6.8 mg/L taken over 4-5 readings starting in august 2022. That’s when I was on a content prep like protocol so I assumed that it may have been due to everything I was taking. But now that I’ve been done with that for a while now and it’s still elevated I’m looking for more solutions.

I wonder if there would be impurities that could be detected with lc/ms testing in the test e raws or is this from something else that I don’t understand about the brewing process possibly is what I’m wondering.

Another thing is that I don’t notice any pip any more from the test e, but I suspect I have had it from the first few shots whenever I’ve taken test e out and switched to something else and then when taking test e again, I had noticed some swelling after the shot.

I forget where it was discussed but it was something about E having…I want to say carbolic acid? Don’t quote me on that though. There was some way to distill it out of the mix, dunno if the heat involved would disturb the test as well though.

Dunno though, I’ve almost always ran E and I’ve never had any of these symptoms. Some people act like buying E is like playing Russian roulette so either I’m lucky, they’re unlucky, I’m not sensitive, or they’re being dramatic.

Test enanthate for whatever reason decomposes faster than most esters (guessing its the low melting point). Janoshik was the one who first pointed this out years ago on another board that he tested some old raws he had in retention and it gave several peaks showing decomposition. Whatever its decomposing into irritates the fuck out of the tissues. I had some raws that were good at first but didn't use them for another 6-8 months and they caused swelling every shot. Even tried extraction with acetone and isopropanol but same pain.

11 weeks into running Test E Bold Cyp and just dropped NPP. First round of bloods I to drew 6 weeks in, was just recovering from covid and CRP was elevated at 20.9. Just got second bloods done today and crp at 32.1, same with elevated WBC. Just pinned Bold last night and I’ve concluded that’s what’s causing consider how Bold Cyp is to pin. I feel completely fine and all my other markers are in check. It really is subjective.
