When im looking at the pic you posted i wouldnt say at all you have naturally broad shoulders. Theres not a big discrepancy at all between shoulder to hip ratio. I think your just subconscious of it. Really no need to beI know it's not possible to explode with muscle over night but I do have naturally broad shoulders and felt like the added muscle made me look too top heavy.
Shortly after my first cycle, I was on a family outing and a random stranger came up to and asked excitedly, "Are you Chyno Cho?!" Of course, I had to Google her after he walked away. Anyway, her and I look nothing alike, lol. In my opinion, she looks like she's all shoulders and that is definitely not the look I am going for. Props to her, though. She is a CF badass.

As far as free picture editing apps, I use Aviary, it is a free app and has a lot of stuff, you can use simple tools and stickers or you can download a ton of free filters and make cool pictures
I think you hit the nail right on the head. I'm self conscious of the shoulder to hip ratio because I don't have any hips, lol. It's hard to tell how narrow my hips really are in the pics I posted because I'm flexing my quads. Thank for the compliment. Unfortunately, I do have small hips and will just have to work with what I got.Your shoulder/hip ratio is much more feminine than hers. You look like a WOMAN who lifts. My 17yo daughter works out and that's what she mistakenly worries about too! If you don't have boy hips to begin with, you most likely won't get them. You've done a great job with your weight training. Much respect(quads!).
I started lifting lighter weights for upper body after my first cycle because I felt that I started to look top heavy.
Haha, aww man. I knew you'd be disappointed in me. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss lifting heavy for upper body. Lately, it's been mostly high volume with lower weights.I feel like I have just been punched in the gut. After all the work we did to set PR's you went light on me?
Back to the heavy weights to balance out the upper body with those strong and sexy quads. I'm not giving up on converting you to a powerlifter.

I know I have slight body dysmorphic issues because some days, I feel like I look too small in the mirror and end up going heavy, but other days I feel like I look too top heavy...then start staying away from doing to much upper body. It's frustrating.
I'm working with another female here who has some body dysmorphic issues.
She keeps lifting heavier and looking better all the time!!

Here are all of us guys, eating and lifting heavy on purpose, trying to get too big. And then all of these gorgeous women with fantastic physiques are afraid they are going to get "too big" over night. It's a shame really.
