From the little bit I've read online, it seems to be 50/50 as far as it being effective. Worked for some and not for others. It's worth a try, though.

Nizoral is worth a try. I've used it for years. I shed a lot of hair but I still have a full head of hair.

Also way too much chest hair. Hopefully, you will avoid that!

5'3.5", 137lbs six days ago and in my 30's. I haven't measured body fat.
BF measurements are misleading. I wouldnt worry about it. In the end what does it matter you know?
Your currently in a good position to facilitate new muscle growth. Keep eating. Build the muscle.

Nice to hear because I purposely stayed away from measuring my BF this time around. I just didn't want to end up obsessed with a #.

I feel like my BF is on the higher end right now and have been eating at a deficit. I think my upper body looks okay when I'm flexing, but with my arms relaxed, there is no definition. They are just thick. :(

I started lifting lighter weights for upper body after my first cycle because I felt that I started to look top heavy.

Absorption rate via subq is a bit lower. When I first started I pinned subq for about 6 weeks. Then I grew a set and started pinning IM. I did notice a bit of a difference when I switched.
 
Classic female mistake

Your not just gonna explode with muscle all of a sudden. Give it everything and leave nothing. The results 100% of the time are gonna be better when you strip it all off.
I know it's not possible to explode with muscle over night but I do have naturally broad shoulders and felt like the added muscle made me look too top heavy.

Shortly after my first cycle, I was on a family outing and a random stranger came up to and asked excitedly, "Are you Chyno Cho?!" Of course, I had to Google her after he walked away. Anyway, her and I look nothing alike, lol. In my opinion, she looks like she's all shoulders and that is definitely not the look I am going for. Props to her, though. She is a CF badass.
